My family travels to New Orleans quite frequently, and this is one of the top AirBNBs at which we have stayed. It was spacious and appeared just like the pictures on the website. It is in a great area of town, in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to two grocery stores. The pool was a nice addition and perfect for our 6 yo son. Michael and Marcia were communicative and we were appreciative that they let us check in early on our day of arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here.

If you are lookin for a quiet and kid friendly place to stay this is it. My kids truly loved the stay we wanted to stay another night, but we will book again while we visit family.

Great place to serve as the base for our New Orleans vacation . Spacious for a family of five . We normally stay at the jw Marriott or the Sheraton, but we are so happy we made the choice to stay here. We hope to stay here next year. If you have kids, have them read the Congo Square book and then go to Congo square .

The stay was more than adequate for our needs. Plenty of room and a peaceful location. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone.

I had a great stay! Deborah was a lovely host and the house was very nice. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, the beds were comfortable, and the AC kept the house nice and cool. The location can't be beat: just a few blocks from Magazine street with plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was well provisioned and clean with nice finishes. Plenty of space for 10 guests and a comfortable common area to gather. The property management team got us set up with a booster seat and pack and play for our toddler, which made our trip so much easier! They were also responsive and quick to deal with a maintenance issue that was identified during our stay. The area is residential/industrial (close to a railway) but you are just a short walk from the action on Magazine St. We were very happy to have found this property and would stay here again on a future trip. We had a great stay at Joe’s place. Clean and well stocked. Nice big yard on the canal, with a small dock and a landing. Joe was very easy to communicate with and had a tasty gumbo waiting in the fridge for us when we arrived. Fun place to bring my son and a friend for a weekend getaway.

My family stayed at Augusto's place while we were in town visiting family. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, and it served as a great home base for us. We had plenty of room, and more than enough beds for everyone. Everyone's bed was comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean. The back patio and the living room were very comfortable for hanging out. I was hoping we would get to use the pool, or maybe barbecue, but the weather turned cold and stormy, so we missed out on that. Maybe we'll get to do that next time we come into town.

We recently spent a week at this Airbnb in New Orleans. The house itself is absolutely great. It is much larger than the photos show. The first floor has a large living room with tv, very large dining room and table, super modern kitchen with everything you could need, large first floor master with full bath, and last a large laundry room at the back of the house (also a half bath on this floor). Upstairs there are 3 nice sized bedrooms with two full baths. First bedroom has 2 full beds and bath connected to bedroom with 2 sinks and really nice shower. Second bedroom has a king bed. Last bedroom also has 2 full beds. There are also many roll-away single beds in the closets. We didn't need that many beds, but it is nice that they have extras for large groups. Bedding and towels were all really nice quality. Outside there is a small bistro table with 2 chairs, and parking for 2 cars with a gate (not locked) which was really nice. Plenty of street parking as well. There is a nice grocery store right across the street and Magazine street is just a couple of blocks away where there are many shops and restaurants. There is an excellent bakery - La Boulangerie - walkable on Magazine street with delicious pastries and sandwiches. The only downside of this Airbnb - which is totally not the fault of the host - is that this home is located right across from train tracks. Every night there are multiple trains passing through sounding their whistles many times. It is really, really loud! So for sure bring earplugs and if you are a light sleeper or don't sleep well with earplugs, (or if you are bringing small children) this might not be the place for you. But other than the trains, the home itself was really nice and had everything you would need.

We booked this place very last minute after multiple problems at our hotel check in. It was the best decision-this place is great!! We’re traveling as a family with teenagers, and they love it as well. It is super clean, the space is cool, and there are thoughtful touches and amenities everywhere. We love the vibe here, and the quiet neighborhood. It’s our first time to New Orleans and we already can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again. The hosts are wonderful-fast communication and helpful info provided the whole way. We are so grateful to have found this place-especially last minute-and would highly recommend anyone to book here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

My family of seven stayed at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We felt safe, loved the nearby park for the kids, and were close to a grocery store, Tipitina's, and Magazine Street. There was a small issue with the hot water in one bathroom sink, but with two others available, it wasn’t a problem, plus, the hosts were incredibly responsive and fixed it quickly. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were especially thoughtful; they found and promptly shipped back my grandmother’s iPad after she accidentally left it behind. Their care and attention made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again!

My children were very happy with everything, and it was just a couple of streets over from our home. Would rent again if occasion arises.

We came to town for a funeral and this space was perfect for the 3 of us. The home is very charming with the appropriate amount of upgrades. Spencer was very responsive and kind. We had an amazing stay. If we are ever back in Thibodaux we will be staying again.

We were so comfortable in this space - very thoughtfully designed and beautiful light with all the windows. The bed was also super comfy. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. We appreciated the recommendations, especially Levee Bakery! We would love to return.

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

This house was perfect for our bachelorette trip of 7. There’s plenty of room but easy to be around your friends the whole time since the rooms are adjoining. The beds and pillows were incredible, everything was pristine. An easy 15 minute drive to the French quarter but really close to magazine street which has lots of food and shopping. There’s also a really great grocery store across the street which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place. Neighbors were very friendly. Would use again. Mike was very friendly. Helped us out greatly if not for him I believe our vacation would have been a bad experience. Thanks again!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs of attending the Jazz Fest.. Had a nice outdoors area in back with seating. The driveway made parking easy. It lived up to expectations. Thank you.

Large house, great back yard, convenient location. Plenty of space and amenities to support a large family.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at Kirk's house. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the children. The house was well equipped and there is a grocery store just down the road-great for picking up snacks and drinks. Everyone was impressed with the house-it is beautiful. We had a great stay.
