A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. We are also 45 minutes from the lazy river at Itchnatucky State Park. Sit on the wrap around porch and listen to nature.

The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Phase 1 of raised boardwalk complete, now walk from the camper over to the dock in a few minutes.. Come get away from the crowds 3 miles down a private road where the only traffic you will see will be on the river. Bring your boat, kids and pets. Camper is a 2016 Avenger.
