We had a electricity failure and host was very fast in coming over to help solve the problem. Description should state that 1 bedroom is open concept as there is no room for that 1 bed. Everything else was great. Amazing home and nice swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

The place was absolutely wonderful , clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen gated Community. Von den Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein 7-Eleven. Ece hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen :). Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kommt in ca. 25 min dorthin, wo mehr los ist (Restaurant, Massagen, kleine Shops). Zum Strand würden wir empfehlen ein Taxi zu nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was the best Airbnb I was in. Nice and clean place. Lots of amenities. Perfect clean pool. Spacious living room ideal for big families. Spacious master bedrooms with private bathrooms. The host was responsive and the instructions were clear. I definitely recommend this place and If I ever comeback to Pattaya I will definitely book this place

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and even allowed us to drop our bags early, which was very convenient. The bedrooms on the top floor shared only 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, rest were in ground floor, which could be a bit challenging for larger groups. The property was clean, and essential toiletries like body wash and shampoo were provided. While utensils were available, we noticed a lack of some basic cookware essentials like spoons, spatula (couldn't find then in kitchen). Also, there’s no RO water system, so you’ll need to purchase your own water. The Wi-Fi coverage was great, and the property is located in a peaceful gated community, with excellent cooperation from security for cab entries and exits. The AC units were a bit old but worked perfectly. We paid a deposit when checking in, which was returned to us on check-out day. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for groups and families looking for a comfortable, secure stay

My stay at those 2 villas was really enjoyable The villas are beautifully designed. It s big clean comfortable and quiet . The kitchen is fully equipped, but we choose the nearby dining options which are fantastic. One of the highlights of the villas is the outdoor area. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the private jacuzzi is big enough for 6 people . With the garden in the background it provides a serene space to relax. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is quite good—close enough to local attractions and the beach but far enough from the night life for a good sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy. Overall, this villa is ideal for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Place is nice and spacious for all our crews, only toilet has the problem. It is clogged when we flush water before we used it. But, other than that everything is great!

We had a lovely stay at Peter’s Airbnb. It was very central to lots of markets and beaches in Pattaya and was a great spot for food and excursions. Peter also gave some excellent recommendations and was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size for two people and a lovely temperature. We really liked the layout of the rooms with the openness, and everything was easy to use. It was very helpful that there was a fridge in the main entrance so that we could buy some late-night waters rather than leaving the complex. The security guard was also very helpful and made us feel very welcome. A lovely stay, thank you Peter.
