We absolutely loved our stay and each of our guests couldn’t say enough good things about this home. A beautiful hidden gem with an amazing view and all the amenities you could think of. The moment you step inside you feel like you want to get comfy and cozy. We rented Holly’s property for my husbands surprise 40th celebration. His family flew in from Ontario and were standing on the balcony when we pulled up. He was stunned. The fact that our little dog could join us was a huge bonus in our book. The whole experience from booking, checking in, our stay and checking out was flawless. We will most definitely be back!

Absolutely a gem in Gainford. Just 45 minutes away from Edmonton so we are not too tired when we arrived. What i like about the place is it has two living room and has fast internet which we enjoyed on our movie nights. The kitchen has all you need. Very complete. We enjoyed cooking for Thanksgivingi just wish there is a microwave oven but it is not a big deal. Very private location. The outdoor is great, we enjoyed fishing and fire pit to warm up our evenings while chatting. Just too bad we were not able to do paddle board and canoe and kayak they provided because obviously the water is already cold. But we enjoyed so much our Thanksgiving weekend as it is also warm enough to enjoy the patio and the view of the lake is to die for even inside the house! not sure about the flies and bugs i am reading but we always because kept the door close or use the screen door in the patio. We absolutely have no issues with bugs or flies inside the house and it is very clean when we checked in.

I book this property for a staff member working in the area frequently. He thinks its just perfect for his needs.

We had a great ice fishing weekend at this wonderful lakefront home! The house is very bright and spacious (and organized!), easily accommodating a few families with everything needed to make it a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway. Including an ice shack! The hosts were very responsive and friendly, quick to answer any and all questions our group had. We made some great memories with family and friends, and hope to make more here in the future!

Great little cabin! We came here during spring break with my husband and son and made some amazing memories. The place was super clean and well stocked. The cabin was warm and inviting, bbqing was great on the deck and the hot tub was so relaxing. Lots of towels for hot tub, as well as for showers. Thanks Sara we had a great time.

Amazing place, we even extended for another day! Our family love staying in cabin and the photos don’t do justice for what we had in Meli’s place. My almost 2 yrs old daughter enjoyed it very much. She provided extra stuff for her as well! The place is very cozy too. We spend a lot of time outdoor, at night we gather in the living/dining area. When we went there, that week was very hot, but the provided fans helped a lot. At night, it can be breezy so not a problem for sleeping too. We set up an inflatable pool and tent for our daughter to experience. It was so much fun! The place is huge to be able to do a lot of things. One hop and it’s the park which is not busy at all. It leads to the lake for boat launching only. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience, we are keeping this on our list of places to go back to. Thanks Meli and to your husband as well! We had a great time at the Barn! It was perfect for a nice relaxing getaway and the Barn itself was so cozy and comfy. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves, but Chelsey and Justin were more than accommodating and responsive if we needed anything else. It was just a really nice place to stay! We also paid extra to use the sauna, which was absolutely rejuvenating. Highly recommended if you visit this place! It was easy to use and there were clear instructions for it. All in all, we had a great time and would be more than happy to come here again! And even though they aren’t allowed inside, the cats on the property are very friendly and will happily hang out with you on the deck :) they were the best part of our little trip!

This is our 5th time back! I can't say enough good about Agata and her place! It's quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a great weekend!

It was the perfect gathering spot for our large family. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit despite the snow! The veiw was gorgeous, the ambience and decor so fitting. And just 45 min away from Edmonton, it’s the perfect get a way. I bet summers are super gorgeous!
