Centrally located in the beautiful and vibrant Place Massena, this charming apartment (5th floor with lift) is a real treat for those wanting proximity to the main attractions. Style, class and beauty combine to make a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary style in this beautiful and spacious apartment with great views of Place Massena from the balconies. The bedroom has a double + a single bed, 2 wardrobes and it is equipped with a fan. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, oven, a 4-plate electric hob, a real Italian cafetière and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, a sink unit and a bidet. There is a separate WC. You will have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance (ile pietonne, Avenue Jean Médecin, vieux Nice). The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beaches (Promenade des Anglais), the Old Town, the tram and the many buses leading you to Monaco and Cannes. Linen and towels are included in the price and I will be glad to help you with everything you need, in order to let you feel like staying at a friend's house. Parking in Nice is difficult to find, especially during the summer, but I can help you finding the right solution.
