很棒的住宿体验，房子很大，房东非常热情友好，主动告诉我们周围有什么景点、有什么好吃的餐馆。非常推荐！

I had a fabulous month-long stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. I had a whole place for myself and felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. I got a warm welcome with a freshly baked apple cake by Monica’s mother. Monica and her husband were exceptional hosts. The house has great views of mountains and Valencia city at night. The garden around the house is well maintained. I had everything I needed for my stay. This was a home away from home experience and a very memorable stay. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful house, Régine communicated great! Roberto was lovely and showed us around. Fabulous pool and area, very safe! Loads of room for the whole family..Definitely should have hired a car however..Fantastic stay at Régine’s 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Es war mehr als genug Platz und alles, was das Herz begehrt, im Haus vorhanden. Andrea und Christine waren super responsive und konnten uns unter anderem bei der Suche nach der geeigneten Rückreise Möglichkeit helfen. Die Villa ist auf einem Hügel, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zB im Supermarkt oder an einer Busstation nach Valencia. Den Bus haben wir in 7 Tagen 3x benutzt, da man ohne Umstieg für 3,30€ quasi ins Zentrum gebracht wird. Nur etwas Zeit sollte man mitbringen 😁 Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem empfehlen auch mal Gast des schönen Hauses von Andrea und Christine zu werden.

Inoubliable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la superbe villa de Don qui dispose d'une vue magnifique sur Valencia et les collines avoisinantes (le soir, le diner depuis la terrasse sur Valencia éclairé est apaisant à regarder). Le logement est très fonctionnel avec une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur une cuisine très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle et Lave-linge, très pratique pour une famille nombreuse !). Les 3 chambres disposent chacune de leur salle de bain, c'est un vrai luxe :-) Le jardin est très bien entretenu avec plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil (il y a aussi de l'ombre grâce aux grands arbres !). Enfin la piscine est très bien agencée avec un solarium qui offre une vue à 360° sur le secteur : un délice !!! Le logement est à environ 30 min en voiture des principaux quartiers de Valencia donc très pratique pour les nombreuses visites du secteur. Il a été très difficile de partir, merci à Don pour cet excellent moment de vacances ;-)

Un buen sitio para pasar un fin de semana con la familia y amigos ya sea en verano o en invierno. La ubicacion del sitio es perfecta para relajarse, esta a las afueras del pueblo pero en 5 minutos en coche llegas al pueblo. En resumen volveria a repetir.

Groupe d'amis, nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine chez Marcelino. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, entre la terrasse et la piscine. L'intérieur de la maison et les espaces nuits nous ont paru très bien, et plutôt aérés. Convient pour des vacances entre journées repos et quelques sorties touristiques (Valence centre, plage...). Marcelino a été accueillant et surtout réactif aux échanges, prêt à se déplacer en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement !!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sieht viel größer aus, als auf den Bildern. Zimmer und Bäder waren alle sehr sauber und Garten, Pool und Lounge sehr gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und sogar eine Sonos-Box, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Haus ist außerdem gut ausgestattet, mit vielem verschiedenen Geschirr, Gewürzen und sonstigem. Leider war seit Beginn des Urlaubs im Annex die Klimaanlage kaputt und konnte erst am vorletzten Tag ausgetauscht werden. Die Hosts waren jedoch sehr bemüht, dass es so schnell wie möglich funktioniert. Außerdem hätten wir uns gerne gewünscht, dass der Pool öfter gereinigt werden würde, denn bei einer Nutzung von 9 Personen, ist dieser leider schnell schmutzig geworden. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Eliana ist ein kleines schönes Dorf, aber es empfiehlt sich, die gesamte Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Bahnstation direkt um die Ecke macht dies gut möglich. Die Hosts haben immer sehr schnell umfangreich, und nett geantwortet!

Het was een fijne week

pros: 5/5 villa. it is even better than the photos. spacey, lovely outdoor area, big bedrooms. Safe neighborhood, the host was amazing and available 24/7! cons: Cold water, in the showers and the pool. This does not affect my opinion, still a 5 out of 5 experience. I totally recommend Kokoro Living as a host and this villa for your stay!

Alba was very kind and warmly welcomed us! The area is very quite and we had a great stay!

Myself and a few friends stayed at the villa for a few days and it's absolutely fantastic. The inside is very spacious and immaculately furnished. In terms of the outside space, the pool is lovely and exceptionally clean. The location is also great as the villa is right next to the beach and there are a number of excellent restaurants that are only about a 15 minute walk. It's also very easy to get a cab into central Valencia. With regard to the host, GuestReady were really responsive and straightforward to deal with. Overall, I'd really recommend the villa and will almost certainly try to book it again as some point in the future.

Our whole stay and the experience we’ve got with Pura and her lovely house was amazing. Can’t recommend enough! Amazing location, outside the city center but still very close. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back anytime!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison de Mayte qui est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par ses parents qui ont été très gentils. Tout y est pour se détendre et passer de belles vacances en famille. La maison offre toutes les prestations qu'on peut rechercher dans une maison luxueuse. Proche de toutes commodités (restaurants à 200m, à 15 minutes de Valencia juste parfait!!). Merci à Mayte pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse, nous ne pouvions espérer meilleur accueil et séjour.

Très belle maison, au calme sans voisins bruyants. Bref reposant. La maison en elle-même est très bien équipée et bien entretenue. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Que ce soit dans la cuisine ou pour profiter de la piscine. Vraiment à recommander. Nous y retournerons.

Excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Carlos. Coup de cœur pour l’espace extérieur (cuisine, terrasse, piscine), nous avons passé le séjour à profiter de l’extérieur. Carlos est un hôte accueillant, soucieux et très réactif aux sollicitations.

We hebben een super verblijf gehad. We hadden problemen met onze taxi om naar de luchthaven te gaan rond 5 uur in de ochtend. We Belden naar Amadeo en stond binnen het kwartier klaar om ons te vervoeren. Top host, top verblijf!!!

La casa es preciosa, moderna, muy espaciosa y con un exterior muy agradable. La habitación muy cómoda y super limpia. Desde luego es ¡como estar en casa!. Si bien hace falta el coche, está a una distancia muy aceptable para moverte a cualquier playa. Carmen es una excelente anfitriona y da muy buenos consejos para moverse por la zona. Sin duda, volveré a esta casa. Muchas gracias Carmen

Piscina de ensueño ,la pista de tenis estupenda. La única pega que pondría, sería la escasez de productos de limpieza ,tipo pape lWC rollos de cocina, multiusos,bayetas.Por lo demás ha sido una estancia maravillosa.

We were 2 families travelling for a karting competition in Chiva. The house was everything we expected from the description and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool. It was so unfortunate that we were there during the devastating floods of October 2024. But we could not have asked for any better support from Kate (the owner) and Tracy (the local contact.) The house is a fantastic space for a big group of people. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the terrace was fantastic even including the lightning storm! The house gave us a comfortable and safe base to return to following the days of the severe flooding. The communications from Kate and Tracy during this time really put us at ease. To the people of the local community, they will be forever in our thoughts having witnessed first hand some tragic scenes in the area.
