The majestic Peñón de Ifach can be admired through the expansive windows, and Calpe's most renowned beaches lie on either side. A twelve-minute walk to the right takes you to Cantal-Roig and Arenal-Bol beaches, while a fifteen-minute walk to the left brings you to La Fossa beach. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Nuestro alojamiento es perfecto para una pareja, pero con el sofá cama pueden venir con los niños o incluso dos parejas. Estamos a 100 metros del pueblo, con un ambiente donde se respira paz y tranquilidad. En el jardín de delante tiene algunos arboles, huerta y un laberinto con 700 cipreses. Detrás tiene la terraza donde contemplará las vistas de la montaña del Cavall Verd, donde desayunar será un espectáculo.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. La casa se encuentra muy cercana al pueblo de Xaló (puedes ir andando) pero a la misma vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de la montaña. Recién reformada y a estrenar desde verano de 2018, dispondrás de todas las comodidades de una casa exclusiva. En verano de 2020 se ha reformado para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la terraza techada y se ha construido una piscina (alberca) para los días de verano.
