Casas rural de 2 plantas en las tierras altas de Soria. Antiguamente era conjunto de un molino de agua , por debajo pasaba el río, ahora está reformada con todas las comodidades (o casi todas!) como cualquier casa. La capacidad máxima es de 4 personas, con 1 baño completo. Cuenta con chimenea en la zona de salón, y cocina-comedor. Toda la casa es de piedra, con calefacción, microondas, nevera mini sin congelador, y placa de inducción de 4 fuegos. Leña bajo petición, el primer cubo es gratis

Con más de 100 años de antigüedad tiene una restauración respetuosa, conservando parte del la solera hidraúlica y medianil de mampostería. Casa Eladia es el único alojamiento turístico en todo el centenario edificio. Respetamos a nuestros vecinos y trabajamos para y por el Casco Antiguo. En los alrededores encontrarás iglesias del camino de Santiago, la calle del Laurel, San Juan, Portales y un gran parque a las orillas del Ebro.

Beautiful rustic style apartment, recently restored, in the most emblematic pedestrian street of Logroño "Portales" two minutes walk from the market square and the Cathedral. Surrounded by terraces, wine bars, restaurants, museums and a 5-minute walk from the famous iron bridge and the Ebro Park. The apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift but it is well worth the effort of the stairs. It is not recommended for families with babies or small children who have to carry strollers.
