Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

Laura's home was lovely -- very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views from every room. It looked just like the photos: charmingly retro, with all the amenities we needed. Laura greeted us warmly and gave us a map of local attractions and eateries, including a bakery right across the street and a coffee shop just up the hill. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we didn't realize how narrow and windy the roads are (we should have arrived before dark -- our fault), but Laura's place was easy to find, just off the main road and not noisy at all. Felt like a slice of heaven.

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Appartement avec une vue superbe sur le lac, en plein centre de Menaggio et à 3min à pied des départs de ferry. Parking sur place très appréciable mais attention pour petite voiture (type SUV ou berline pas possible). Appartement bien équipé, très propre, et calme. Lit bébé et chaise haute mises à disposition par Marco, tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux filles 4 et 1,5 ans! Marco est un hôte très réactif et disponible. Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés. Si nous devons revenir au lac de Côme, nous séjournons sans aucun doute à nouveau ici!

We had a great stay here. Emi got in touch a few days ahead of our stay to provide relevant details re check in and was waiting for us when we arrived. The property views - stunning. Also private access to the lake which was a bonus *and our dog loved it. Super peaceful location - great spot to explore Como from.

The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and spending time together so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. A special thank you as well for the thoughtful gift of wine—it was such a lovely surprise and truly added a special touch to our stay. All communication before, under and after the stay with Matteo were very accommendating and helpful - we felt helped all the way, also with travels schedules to and from the appartment. At arrivel Matteos friend Roby met us a the pier - a very warm person who made absolutely sure that we felt welcome, and gave us a quick tour of the village. The appartement itself were located just on the water, and to me the location has some of the best views of the lake. The village is very quiet, we slept with the doors open every night and felt asleep to the sound of the lake. If you look for relaxation and tranquility this is the place. We ejoyed the greenway that lead you to Lenno and Tremezzo. It is a 30 minutes walk to Lenno with splendid views, where you can buy your groceries. We would be keen to return next week if we could. We would like to thank Matteo and Roby for being so helpful and keeping the house and appartment as charming as it is.

Logement impeccable et hôte réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’arrêt de bus est juste à coté par contre les bus font beaucoup de retards et le quartier n’est pas desservi par des bars et restaurants, on a trouvé un petit supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds sinon c’était un bel séjour

Die Unterkunft war super! Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Man sollte mobil sein, in Limonta gibt es nicht viel. Für uns war es jedoch perfekt, weil es ruhig war und man schnell zu den Ausflugszielen gelangen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Privatstrand, wo man den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war hervorragend, es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war reichlich. Er hat viele hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Rundum ein toller Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben! Danke!

Andrea nous a laissé des instructions claires par téléphone, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très simple et flexible. C’est un hôte accueillant et attentionné, qui nous a conseillé d’excellents restaurants et activités à proximité. Il avait tout prévu pour notre confort : place de parking, barrières de lit pour notre enfant, et même une petite surprise à notre arrivée. Quant au logement, il est encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Le cadre est splendide, avec une vue imprenable depuis le balcon. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à San Mamete chez Andrea, qui nous a permis de découvrir les beautés du lac de Lugano et des environs. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 30 minutes de Menaggio, sur le lac de Côme, pour explorer les stations touristiques, et à 20 minutes de charmants villages suisses comme Lugano, parfaits pour des excursions en famille. Un immense merci à Andrea pour son accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Locație excelentă, priveliște absolut minunată și gazde extrem de receptive la nevoile turiștilor! Cu siguranță vom reveni în acest loc unde, deși departe de casă, te simți ca acasă! Recomandăm tuturor celor ce-și doresc o vacanță reușită!

Petite maison avec superbe vue sur le lac ! L'espace extérieur est un grand plus surtout pour les enfants (notre fille de deux ans a adoré le toboggan). Nous n'avons pas vraiment profité de la plage privée (car trop occupés à visiter les environs) mais nous avons adoré emprunter le passage secret. Du coup nous devrons revenir en été pour en profiter plus ;) Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Salvatore qui est très réactif et accueillant. Le cottage est très bien placé pour découvrir le Lac et nous avons même fait de jolies balades à pied sur place. Une adresse que l'on va garder précieusement.

This property is in a stunning location. Everywhere you look is beautiful. The house is basic but is comfortable and has an amazing and secure outside space. I took dogs with me and it is just perfect for them. The village is very traditional and quaint and if you like walking this is the place for you. The walks are amazing, the views spectacular and always a new pathway to follow. Waking up in the morning and opening the door to the view of the mountains and lakes, sitting on the balcony with a coffee is a treat every day. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

Very nice old Italian house on a hill looking down to the lake. It is a 20/30 minute walk from the lake that can be very steep at parts so make sure to pre book taxis for night or take the bus during the day if you have heavy bags.

Logement magnifique avec vue et accès au lac. Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement était parfait. nous avons un bébé et un petit, toute le matériel de puériculture était a disposition et très utile. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. We can very much recommend Daru‘s place and hope to come back!
