Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful rooms with everything you could need in each area! Living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and bath were well appointed with thoughtful touches! The garage was a huge plus! And the back patio area and creek side seating was so peaceful! If I could give higher stars I’d double up and give a 10! Brittany is a lovely host who provides superhost service indeed!

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

The cabin was a hidden gym! Oh, we had a wonderful time, spacious open concept where we could hang out and make memories. The river was a nice added feature for the kids. And the hot tub was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more! All top of the line appliances, including air fryer, hot press, microwave, waffle maker, and lots more. The honest was extremely kind and responsive the entire time. This is definitely a place we would book again. Thank you, Alene for such a beautiful experience!

Great location, near Purgatory. Quiet cabin in the woods overlooking a lake. It was beautiful when it snowed, and with 4 wheel drive had no trouble getting in and out. Our three daughters loved the loft area and DVD selection!

Absolutely stunning! I stayed here to introduce my fiancé to my grandparents- I’ve been coming to this area for over a decade and I HIGHLY recommend! Very roomy and clean, the kitchen was the group favorite, natural light, and an awesome backyard to hang out in! The hosts were so kind and generous- they even made us a hand made loaf of bread that was delicious 😭 I recommended it to family friends already!

The cabin was perfect! Beautifully appointed. Great amenities. It snowed about two feet while we were there and there was a snowplow there daily, plowing the snow and making it easy for us to drive out. Beds were so comfy and the setting of the cabin is absolutely stunning! We will definitely go back. Durango is a charming mountain town with such fun restaurants and bars. Thank you for a great long weekend.

I really enjoyed my stay. Even though you are sharing the property, the place has so much space around it that it doesn't feel like it. It was also great for my dog to be able to run around. The kitchen is easy to cook in and the space is very comfortable. The location is both stunning and convenient.

This river house was so perfect for our annual spring break ski trip. It is located right on the Animas, surrounded by beauty in all directions. Joe and co. we’re great hosts, alerting us to baby lambs being born right when we got there. They even lent us a fishing rod because we forgot ours. The house was clean and roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals for our group. There was a great instruction book about the whole place and it really did feel like home for the week. Will definitely be back to this amazing gem. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!
