We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Wir haben uns im Appartement Mayflower sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Agentur ist direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite, das Check-In war also sehr einfach. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe bekamen wir noch eine Flasche Vino bianco, so konnten wir direkt auf unsere Ferien anstossen. (Nochmals Danke dafür ❤️) Über den dazu gehörigen Parkplatz hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet für 5 Personen, die Betten sehr bequem und in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, 2 Badezimmer zu haben. Die Bäckerei gegenüber verkauft sehr leckere Cornetti, weitere Restaurants und kleine Läden sind fussläufig super erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Volevamo passare un fine settimana tutti insieme in famiglia e abbiamo trovato un posto davvero incantevole. Siamo stati benissimo e goduto appieno della meravigliosa posizione in cui si trova la struttura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Le logement proposé par Paolo est parfait pour visiter castiglione. Des places de stationnement gratuites sont à proximité immédiate, la plage est à moins d’1 minute à pied, et le centre ville facilement accessible à moins de 10minutes. L’appartement ne manque de rien, vous cherchez quelque chose vous le trouvez. Paolo et sa femme sont pleins de petites attentions (café, vin , conseils…). Si nous revenons à castiglione, nous y séjournerons ☺️

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist grosszügig mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist das Städtchen in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der Privatparkplatz schätzten wir sehr. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

wir hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! wir sind einfach begeistert von der Wohnung

Inizio la recensione con l'unico neo che riscontrato nell'appartamento di Cristina. La casa si affaccia sulla strada. Ma vorrei precisare che la zona notte rimane invece sulla parte posteriore della villetta bifamiliare. Ora vorrei ringraziare Cristina della sua ospitalità. Siamo partiti con un suo messaggio del giorno prima in cui ci invitava volendo ad un check in anticipato. La mattina ci ha accolto di PERSONA facendoci vedere la casa, il parcheggio privato e rispondendo cortesemente a ogni nostra domanda. La casa dista neanche a 100 metri dal mare. Ha 2 matrimoniali, 2 bagni, un salotto e una cucina. Appartamento con metrature di una volta! Fuori c'è un parcheggio in strada privata, un box cantina e una resede condominiale. In 7 minuti di passeggiata, appena dopo il ponte, si arriva in pieno centro di Castiglione. In fine ancora grazie a Cristina che ci ha permesso di posticipare il check out permettendoci di sfruttare a pieno anche l'ultimo giorno di vacanza. A presto!!!

Spacious and clean three-bedroom appartment with well equiped kitchen, two balconies, and a roof top terrace. There was airconditioning in all rooms. 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. Road side parking with no problems finding a space mid July. The roof top terrace is very large, suitable for children to hang out, with superb view of the castle and some view of the sea. The roof top terrace had a pergola sunshade, a large table with 8 chairs, and two old sun chairs, but has much more potential by for example by adding some new sunbeds, more sunshade, plants, and a lounge (chairs, tables and sofa).

Esperienza super rilassante, tenda particolare a forma di capanna, semplice ma con tutto l’occorrente necessario!! Dormire sotto la pineta con il rumore delle cicale di sottofondo è stato bellissimo. La tenda all’interno ha un frigorifero, uno stendino, piatti, occorrente per cucinare (all’esterno c’è un fornello per ogni postazione e un comodo tavolino da giardino). Vicinanza alla spiaggia ottima (raggiungibile tramite un sottopassaggio senza dover attraversare la strada). Postazione della tenda strategica in quanto a due passi dal bar, market e ristorante del camping. Come dotazione iniziale viene fornito un rotolo di carta igienica (consiglio di attrezzarsi se la permanenza è di più giorni, ma in ogni caso il market fornisce tutto il necessario a prezzi accessibili). Bagni del campeggio puliti e mai affollati (fine agosto). Ripeterei l’esperienza solo per svegliarmi la mattina, aprire la zip della tenda e realizzare di stare in mezzo alla natura. Super consigliato!!!

Kims tents are great!! Very good equipped and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the chared outside kitchens are also well equipped. The campsite is quite nice with everything you need and good facilities. Check- in and out was very uncomplicated. To walk to the beach takes you maybe 15 minutes.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia. La tenda si trova all'interno del campeggio Le Marze. Il posto è soprattutto per famiglie, la pineta è molto bella e c'è ombra per quasi tutta la giornata. All'interno della tenda ci sono piatti, pentolini per cucinare, c'è anche il frigo. Accanto alla tenda c'è il fornello e un tavolino. I letti sono comodissimi!

Camping immerso nella pineta e fronte mare, organizzato in maniera eccellente con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Meraviglioso lo spazio in cui sono posizionare le tende, dotate di tutti i comfort, elettricità, ventilatore, frigorifero, luci e tutto l’occorrente per un piccolo break, fuori dalla tenda è presente anche uno stendino e un barbecue privato. Ottimo alloggio in cui soggiornare in coppia

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce Air b&b atypique. La tente très bien équipée (mini frigo, ventilateur, vaisselle, etc...) est située au coeur d'un camping de haut standing avec piscine (prévoir bonnet de bain), location de vélos, épicerie, bar, restaurant, aires de jeux multiples pour enfants, parcour d'agilité pour les chiens, sanitaires très bien entretenus et la plage à 5min. La taille de la tente pour 2 permet d'y installer un lit parapluie et une poussette sans problème. Le camping est très ombragé et vraiment agréable, même lors de fortes chaleur. Merci à Kim pour son accueil, excellent projet avec les tentes conviviales et les cuisines équipées partagées. Nous recommandons vivement !

Das Zelt befindet sich auf einem wunderschönen Campingplatz im Pinienwald. Es riecht sehr schön!!! Auf dem Campingplatz befindet sich auch ein Restaurant mit phantastischer Pizza!!! Das Zelt selbst ist total süß und die Betten sehr bequem. Man ist umgeben von weiteren Zelten und zusammen kann man mehrere Küchen benutzen. Der Platz ist sehr schön gestaltet und mit aufmerksamen Details versehen. Camping deluxe! Man sollte aber ein Liebhaber vom Campen sein und bedenken, dass man sich in der Natur befindet, wo ach kleine Tierchen rumkrabbeln. Trotzdem wieder gerne ;)

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con i nostri due figli di 3 a 6 anni, comodissimo per noi muoverci a piedi per andare al mare o per girare per il paese. Casa pulitissima e ben arredata. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti!

The accomodation is situated very well closed to the beautiful beach and all the facilities. The town Castiglione della Pescaia is really worth visiting and located on 10 min walk. The only thing is we missed is airconditioning. The street side of one of the rooms is quite noisy. But the other bedroom is quite. In the apartment was no soap, bags for garbage, coffee, salt or other basics. So you need to buy everything or take something with you. We would definetly recommend it because of the location and very nice and friendly hosts Patrizia and her mum.

La maison est magnifique et à deux pas de la mer. La vue est impressionnante. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé et notre chien et c'était vraiment très adapté ! La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Une petite épicerie se trouve à quelque mètre. Un vendeur de fruits et légumes au bout de la rue. Sandra est très disponible pour toutes les questions. On revient vite !

Kleine Wohnung, nah am Strand, sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.

La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla e ben ventilata. E' molto ben fornita di elettrodomestici e ho trovato ordine e pulizia al mio ingresso. si trova in una zona centralissima, a 150 mt c'è il mare. Incantevole il dehor fuori per pranzare e cenare all'aperto e utilissimo il posto macchina con cancello automatico. piacevole scoperta! stra consiglio

Very modern warm feel to the villa with bright colourful art, objets d'art. The crockery and glasses, bowls all very colourful making it a fun relaxing place. The air conditioning which is essential in July worked very well. The location is good a 10 minute walk to the sea. With a bike can get into Castiglione in 15 mins or so. Minor issue we had re extra sheets was dealt with quickly. Got some very good recommendations re where to eat. In all a great place to stay.

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nella casa di Massimo, con i nostri due bimbi piccoli, e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La vicinanza al mare e ai servizi di zona (farmacia, botteghe alimentari) è davvero strategica soprattutto con due bimbi piccoli. La casa è molto bella e curata, le foto rispecchiano esattamente com'è. Al nostro arrivo era tutto sistemato, pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il terrazzo. Riguardo il parcheggio dell'auto abbiamo trovato una soluzione alternativa, in accordo con la proprietà, al posto auto coperto! Nel complesso, tutto perfetto!
