This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Ce logement est absolument parfait ! Très bien situé, spacieux et lumineux, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. La décoration est soignée. De plus, l’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

La maison de Kerebel est magnifique, grande, confortable avec une vue superbe sur le fleuve. C'est un endroit tranquille. Le terrain est grand. Le foyer apporte une chaleur douce et reposante. Kerebel fourni amplement du bois. Il répond relativement rapidement à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Belle maison super acceuillante et confortable où il fait bon se détendre et regarder les champs derrière la maison. Il ne manque de rien. J'ai tellement aimé que j'y retourne en août avec de la famille

Magnifique séjour dans une superbe maison spacieuse, idéale pour accueillir une grande famille. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à l’occasion de notre rencontre familiale annuelle. La maison offrait tout le confort nécessaire : cuisine entièrement équipée, literie confortable, espaces communs chaleureux, et toutes les commodités sur place pour se sentir comme à la maison. L’emplacement était parfait, situé dans un quartier paisible, à deux pas du fleuve et proche de tous les services : épiceries, activités, parcs et autres points d’intérêt. Un véritable coin de paradis pour se retrouver en famille et profiter de la nature tout en ayant accès à tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et repartons la tête pleine de beaux souvenirs. C’est un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous espérons revenir.

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. We had a great time at the Tree House , suited our needs as a family, private, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, beds were comfortable. Any communication with owner was answered quickly, they were pleasant and accommodating. The check in and out process was straight forward, the guest guide was informative and easy to navigate.

Très beau séjour. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. L’emplacement était parfait et que dire de la vue le matin. Un gros wow 🤩

Marie’s place was one of the better Airbnbs my family and I have stayed at. It was so clean, peaceful, and quiet…just what we were looking for. We felt right at home. Our Bichon-Frise appreciated the dog snacks left for him, and also seemed comfortable with his surroundings right away. Marie left us chocolate and spring water, which were appreciated after our 6 hour drive. Marie was quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns I had. I LOVE the history of this home, too! As the 13th child in a family of 14, I really love that 11 children grew up in this home. My only regret is visiting before the golf course opened for the season. This will be a reason for us to return!!!

Nous avons fait un agréable séjour en famille! Tous y ont trouvé leur compte! L’environnement immédiat est tranquille et champêtre. Geneviève a été d’une grande aide lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’elle, même un 31 décembre au soir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Havre de Paix au Mont-Sainte-Anne. L’endroit est calme, propre et très bien équipé, parfait pour quelques jours de détente après des journées bien remplies. Nous avons profité pleinement des pistes de ski alpin et de ski de fond à proximité. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de plein air. L’hôte est attentif et les échanges ont été faciles. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

C'était cool, surtout la pistoche où on a passé un moment de qualité avé les copains. Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique, cependant les murs présentent des traces (on dirait les grottes de lascaux) et il y avait des traces de sang sur les draps... je suis perplexe, faites vous du free-fight dans les chambre?...

5sur5 une chose a ajouter plancher de bois franc dans salon ... cuisine salle a manger... très beau... ainsi que les moulures.... en vrai bois d'arbres haha

Une très belle maison en pleine nature, parfaire pour un séjour avec famille et amis. Vivement conseillé.

Tout était à notre disposition pour passer un beau séjour. Quoi de mieux que de s’endormir en regardant les étoiles dans un magnifique endroit! Nous y retournerons certainement :)

My girlfriend and I decided to visit Quebec City for a few days during Christmas and Marie’s property was amazing. It was well outside the city limits where it was peaceful and quiet with parking on the property. Marie was very responsive and kind. The property was perfect for a couple’s getaway. It was clean and had all the amenities except for the kitchen (we assumed that there was a small kitchen). Overall, I would recommend Marie’s place and will stay again if we visit Quebec City.

Enjoyed our time! Great place with beautiful area to spend spring break. Enjoyed skiing at Le Massif, touring Old Quebec, Ice Hotel, downtime

We only have positive things to say about our stay with Sarah at Lac-Beauport! She was very responsive and ensured we had any and all questions answered in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the villa was clean and encompassed by beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect size for our small family and a very easy commute into the city. I would recommend this host and this accommodation to anyone!

Clean, comfortable beds, very close to SDM, and space under the balcony to lock up bikes while keeping them out of the rain at night. Very large bedroom closets. Nice view over the lake. Hosts were responsive in resolving minor issue. Reasonably well-supplied.
