James and his co-hosts (Jhen, Jane and Aliah) were very pro-active in making sure that we had all the info we needed for a seamless check-in. The self-check in instructions were very clear, right down to the assigned parking spot in the garage. They were super responsive to any messages I sent. The Apartment was lovely and spotless, and the King Bed was very comfortable. We didn't spend very much time in the unit but enjoyed the 2 evenings we had there. Would definitely stay again and build in some time to enjoy the amenities that the complex offers.

Aline is an excellent host and was always very responsive! Her place is in an excellent location in Escondido, with close proximity to San Diego Zoo Safari Park. It was a relatively quick trip to activities in San Diego and theme parks in Los Angeles. The apartment is located in a house with three other apartments and my upstairs neighbors at the time were quite noisy. Likely due to less insulation in my ceiling, I would hear every step they and their pets took and was often woken up by their alarm. All in all, I would recommend this place to others, especially if they were heavy sleepers.

I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

Jay is the king of hospitality. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for high caliber hospitality service in incredible living suites.

Comfy beds, washer and dryer... everything we needed. Complimentary snacks left out and cold drinks in the fridge (not all provide this anymore, thank you!) Great place, great location, will definitely stay again!!!

Great stay! Just as described/pictured. The location is wonderful - we loved the beach area nearby.

Great place! The floor plan is incredibly accommodating, offering plenty of privacy and space for everyone. Four bedrooms (including the guest house) feature en-suite bathrooms, and the bunk room has a bathroom conveniently located right next to it. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well— beautifully landscape and perfect for relaxing or gathering together. We also appreciated that the house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like garbage bags, as well as some extra touches, such as hotel-style toiletries. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had an awesome stay. The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The kids loved the space and we all felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were even games and movies for family nights. The neighborhood was easy to get to local spots and grocery stores. Our host was friendly and quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Definitely a great place for families — we’d love to come back again!

I think that Matt is very friendly and the place was so nice and clean. I think it is one the best place to stay in San Diego, I would love to be back at it again when I’m there.

We have stayed here before, and the location could not be more perfect- it is so close to the beach and walkable to a dozen restaurants. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook to be at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc) and is very comfortable for a family! Highly recommend.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great place. You can walk to the market in the resort, get acai bowls, breakfast burritos, etc. Peaceful setting. Only a 10-minute drive from beach. My son and I enjoyed our time there. Tony is responsive to requests. Only nit was cable TV did not work in the living room. We tried numerous times to reboot, unplug, plug back in, switch inputs/outputs, but it never worked our whole stay. Smart TV worked fine in bedroom, but we were looking to relax together in the living room. Parking was easy out in front of unit. Extra towels, blankets, pillows a plus.

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

We had two families of four (each family had a two and four year old) for our stay and the space and location were perfect for us! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable for all, and easy access to the beach was thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone loved watching the boats, kayaks, and dolphins out the massive windows.

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

Amazing stay in a gorgeous home. We especially loved all the beach 🏖️ gear - made our stay so fun and easy. If you aren’t familiar with the area, this is the only beachfront high rise building in PB. The views are incredible. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous too- felt like a magazine. We can’t wait to come back !

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
