The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Bienvenue chez nous, à Biot, le magnifique village médiéval. Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).

Vence est une jolie ville avec toute les commodités, Le centre ville et Les bus sont a 15 mn à pied. la mer la plus proche est à Cagnes sur mer, le col de Vence est à 15 mn en voiture randonnées et balades à cheval ou poney avec de superbe vue. Dans le coin , le musée océanographique de Monaco, 3 parcs sont à Villeneuve loubet, visitez les jolies villages de st Jeannet et tourettes sur loup aussi!!! Les paysages sont magnifiques et ils surplombent la mer.
