Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme. La piscine est un réel plus et la terrasse est belle et spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique de Roland. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Boulangerie, rôtisserie et pizzeria à proximité.

super séjour, nous avons été accueilli par Richard, un ami de Geoffroy, serviable et disponible à tous moments. Appartement très bien situé,très propre, climatisé, tres fonctionnelle à tous les niveaux au cœur de St Raphaël, proche de la mer à 2 minutes. A mis chemin entre Cannes et St Tropez, résidence très calme. Les gens sont très accueillants et le propriétaire est très réactif, même à distance. Nos 2 chiens se sont régalés dans la mer. Nous avons fait de très belles balades et avons découvert une magnifique région. Merci beaucoup pour tout Geoffroy et Richard pour votre accueil. Merci à Brigitte et Franco pour ce séjour magnifique dans un endroit merveilleux. Brigitte et Franco sont d'une rare gentillesse. Le logement est parfait, fonctionnel et se lever tous les matins avec la vue sur la mer c'est juste génial. Les sentiers de l'Esterel sont à deux pas et nous nous sommes régaler en vélo, trail, rando et farniente avec les magnifiques criques à proximité du logement. Un endroit merveilleux où il fait bon vivre. N'hésitez pas et foncez ! Un logement que nous recommandons à 200%. Vous nous serez pas déçu. On attend qu'une chose, pouvoir y retourner rapidement.

Very nice place, area and very friendly host

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Mooie plek, sfeervolle ingericht, alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Grote tuin, waardoor je in de zon en ook lekker in de schaduw kan zitten. Mooie buiten keuken, waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Mooi zwembad, tennisbaan, jeu de boules baan. Vriendelijke host en fijne communicatie.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Xavier , nous avons tout adoré : l’emplacement super pratique à côté des commerces et plages , la maison est superbe , j’ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison ! Nous avons occupé le logement de Catherine durant 45 jours et le recommandons sans réserve . Tout peut se faire à pieds . Garage disponible dans l’immeuble. Le logement est équipé de toutes les commodités pour faciliter la vie de tous les jours . Superbe terrasse ensoleillée et confortable avec vue directement sur la mer .

Excellent place in walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurant area, next to a Museum and public parking. Perfect even for longer stays as it features a washing machine and tumbler.

Le logement était vraiment top : spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien pour passer un bon séjour. Le vrai plus, c’est la notice très claire pour accéder au logement, avec l’emplacement exact et les instructions précises pour entrer le code. Super pratique ! Le digicode est également un vrai atout, surtout quand on est plusieurs — chacun peut rentrer à son rythme sans avoir besoin de clés. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Et je reviendrais sûrement

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Posizione strategica e la possibilità di parcheggio molto utile. Host disponibili, presenti e attenti. La casa gode di due aree esterne e più stanze. La sistemazione creata è molto funzionale e permette privacy quindi magnifico sia per famiglia che per amici. A tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia in strada privata quindi no caos e traffico. Consiglio.

Alloggio pulito, ordinato e ben rifornito. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Il patio esterno un piccolo gioiello!!! Si sentivano le onde del mare! L'alloggio è vicino ad un supermercato rifornito di tutto e a due minuti a piedi dal mare con accesso a spiaggia attrezzata o libera. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno della residenza e non abbiamo più avuto la necessità di usarla fino alla partenza. Paca è stato davvero gentilissimo, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza. Sicuramente torneremo!!!!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!
