Stylish, newly refurbished and featuring exclusive flooring and furniture, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day and has two double rooms with views, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped designer kitchen and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony offering views of the sea. There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €500 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10,45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arriva after 5pm, let us know at least 24hs in advance and we'll coordinate with an agent to deliver you the keys. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).
