This designer studio was originally home to the famous Georgian artist Avto Varazi. Our apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th century building very close to RUSTAVELI AVENUE . It was fully renovated in March 2018 and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. We tried to combine its rustic charm with fresh, modern and functional design. We thought carefully of every little detail to make our guests feel at home. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed (180/200) and wardrobe, lounge/dining area with a balcony facing the street, fully equipped kitchen and a small cozy loft (Mezzanine Bedroom) with a sofa bed (150/190) and floor mattress in the living room for one person. ● Metro Rustaveli and bus stops are just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment. ● Popular places near the apartment include: Hotel Radisson Blu, Hotel Rooms, Hotel Stamba, Hotel Bitlmor, Vera Park (Samaia garden), Pub Nali, Tennis Court, Casino Iveria, Casino Biltmor, Opera House, Cafe Lolita, Cafe Stamba, Rustaveli Theatre, Freedom Square, Museums, Art Salons, Tbilisi Concert Hall, Marjanishvili theater, shopping malls.
