Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

The apartment is open, inviting, and a nice & comfortable place to spend your time. Age limit to rent: minimum 25 years. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND.

Imagine waking up in a cozy Arctic apartment, soft light reflecting off snowy peaks and quiet fjords. You make coffee, step outside, and fresh mountain air fills your lungs. Trails begin at your doorstep — for skiing, hiking or simply peace. As night falls, the northern lights may dance above, painting the sky in green and purple. And if you’re lucky, reindeer might wander through the garden. Just 15 min from Tromsø and 5 min from the airport — this is Arctic living at its most magical.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Perfect for those seeking a warm and spacious home near both nature and the city center. Ample storage space for hiking and ski equipment, plus free parking – a luxury rarely found in the city center.
