Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Perfekte nordlys forhold siden boligen ligger nærmest havet, med ingen andre hus eller lys som er i veien.

Fem minutter å gå til busstopp med direktelinje til sentrum. Sju minutter gange til Tromsøs største kjøpesenter. Leiligheten har fullt utstyrt kjøkken og privat bad med vaskemaskin. Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.
