Excellent stay in a peaceful location... House and amenities are as described. Host Roshan family and their friend Homestay Caretaker Sudheer made us feel comfortable with our stay and Sudheer helped us ensuring all basic amenities for stay and any special requests are taken care of. He even suggested nearby attractions and accompanied us showing the route/local inquires and food order etc., House is a convenient and spacious independent villa with ample parking space for few Cars... and a nice garden, power backup. House would be comfortable for 3 small families or such group. Food options - self cooking in Kitchen or nearby order. Overall, a pleasant stay...

Our stay at Palavayal Farm Villa was a truly refreshing and memorable experience. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine interest in guest satisfaction set the tone for the entire experience. Equally commendable was Ranjit, the caretaker, who looked after us with sincerity and warmth. Always available with a smile, he ensured that every need was met promptly and courteously. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. If you're looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature's beauty, look no further! This cabin in the middle of a coffee plantation is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the neatness and coziness of the cabin. The cool, misty weather was simply enchanting, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Exploring the plantation was an incredible experience, with the aroma of coffee beans filling the air. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely divine! Every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. This was truly a fantastic getaway, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I can't wait to return!

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

Mrs. Gayathry's house was a superb place to base our travels in and around Kasaragod. Easily accessible, unmatched hospitality (the breakfast of puttu, kadala and pappadom were out of this world), and all the required amenities provided at a very reasonable price. We and our pet cat absolutely loved our stay.

Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.
