It is ideal for housing, 100 sq. m., consists of 4 rooms (2 bedrooms), a large kitchen, it is located across the courtyard, like a second house, and a garden closed from view. Here you can drink homemade Georgian wine in front of the fireplace, or sit at a table in a flowering garden in the summer.
