Wonderful place. I have stayed in many AirBnbs and I have to say this was one of the best ones. Location was perfect, away from city hustle but not too far also. Positioning of this house is just perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting in the garden to see sunrise right in front of us from behind the hills. House is big and was clean and best part is it is full of all amenities, kitchen was fully loaded with what you might need. Caretaker was there for anything and everything. Tea and snacks on demand anytime. We are not the people who generally go out for sight seeing etc and so this place was just perfect for us. Good view and fully relaxed vacation. One thing I would say is that the pictures uploaded on Airbnb dont do justice with the actual experience. Actually its much better (honestly I was skeptical before reaching there). Rates are slightly on the higher side, I would say. But we found it worth it. No regrets. Full 5 star.

What a wonderful location, the property is very well decorated, with lot of attention to detail in picking the smallest of furnishings. The place is immaculate, clean, spacious and very warm and inviting. The caretakers on property are very professional, attentive and caring. Overall such a fantastic experience of this plce, a little further away from the action but in the midst of nature. Deepika was always attentive, prompt in responding and very accommodating. The day we landed, there was a strike in the Ooty area and we were stuck without access to restaurants/food. She arranged us a hearty lunch by working with her staff on property to make it happen, and saved the day for us. Highly recommend the place.

visiting for the second time. asusual house was very clean and tidy. host was helpful and very responsive. neighbourhood was peaceful. overall had a great stay with friends.

We were 8 adults, 1 infant & 2 cats. The property is perfect for a large group as it has ample space both inside & outside. The hospitality was impeccable. The food, even better! it was so good that we ended up having breakfast & dinner for 2 days from Sunshine itself. Although Venkat doesn't stay in the property, he was extremely helpful till the day we checked out. Must visit if you are looking for a pleasant stay with family/friends.

it was a pleasant home and the sunrise view is memorable. As what we thought that we enjoyed in your homestay. this stay is very comfortable for our 11 months kid. the caretaker is good responsive and support to do our essential needs.

The location and the villa itself are what make this a fantastic experience. It's located on the top of a hill, so the views are spectacular. It is also very secluded and away from the town. The best part though, was that we got to see some wildlife right from the villa rooftop. We got to see some mongoose and porcupine, and the highlight was the deers near the villa. The kids loved this. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are massive and the ground floor ones have amazing views. The food is a bit limited but it's quite tasty and due to it being secluded, the approach road isn't great but all our cars managed even a Skoda that had been lowered. The villa accommodated all 4 of our cars inside too. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

The surroundings could have been a little clean, was expecting Ooty to be cleaner but nothing wrong with the property. The house is beautiful, lawn is very pretty, beautiful flowers. Loved the cute porch and mountain view ! The diwaan is very comfortable and I am sure the house can accommodate a lot of people, we were just 3. Eateries nearby and swiggy and Zomato deliver. House is well stocked and the care taker Santosh is very friendly.

The place was serene and at an exquisite location. Locked between the captivating views of the tea gardens and the Western ghats the place brings you at internal peace. Also, a big shoutout to Mr. Ashok - tge Caretaker and Mr. Gerald (i hope i am getting the name right) - the Cook. The food was amazing and made us felt right at home.
