Well, before I reached Reshma's place, I received her text with all the details. She greeted me very warmly, which is something every Airbnb host should learn. The rooms were very clean and nice, the washroom was spotless, and the view from the room was amazing. It was a very peaceful place, just 25 minutes away from Baba Neem Karoli's spot, around 9.7 km. The only thing was that the kitchen seemed a bit less clean, but otherwise, Reshma treated me very well. Thank you for having me!

We had a wonderful five days' stay at this spacious, clean, well-equipped and well located flat. There is a very nice jungle walk about a 10-minute walk away and, on a clear day, a stunning view of the Nanda Devi range. An added bonus was a clear view of Trishul from the balcony. Sulochana was quick to respond to any query (though we hardly had any). We did our vegetable and grocery shopping at the nearby market in Majhkhali, which also has a petrol pump, a post office and an ATM. Ranikhet is about 20 mts drive and it's about 90 mts to Kausani (the birthplace of the poet Sumitranandan Pant; his house is worth visiting). The flat is really peaceful, though not far from the main road. And, to add to our enjoyment, Kanchan (who does the cooking and care-taking) is a great cook! Her cooking was really a highlight.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view of Naini Lake..right from the bed and balcony. The location is quite convenient too, just a 10-minute walk down a public staircase to Mall Road and the lake. Pallavi was a great host, always available with the right information at the right time. Caretaker Geeta, was also lovely and responsive whenever we needed assistance. A few things to keep in mind.. access to the homestay is physically challenging. one has to climb down over 100 steep steps from the parking area, and the climb back up can feel like a marathon (though staff is available to help with luggage). It's also advisable to have a clear understanding with the host regarding available amenities. Google Maps location on Airbnb was slightly off. Ask for correct location to avoid making a u-turn on narrow road with steep slope. Our stay was memorable.. the view alone makes it worth coming back. Will definitely visit again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, Shatakshi and her family was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my experience and were always available to help, whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The host's polite and respectful manner really stood out and made me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. It’s not often you come across someone so kind and committed to providing a great experience for their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and an amazing host who’s always ready to help, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely come back again !!!

The place was exactly like photos and all the amenities were there it felt just like my own home, the host was amazing and extremely helpful, I would greatly recommend this place if you are looking for home with all the facilities and a peaceful environment.

The property and its location were absolutely beautiful and peaceful—honestly, even more stunning than the photos. Mahira was incredibly kind and helpful, and Waseem also went above and beyond. We accidentally got dropped off at the wrong location, and he kindly came to pick us up. The entire staff was very supportive and welcoming. The only issue we faced was with the water supply, which would stop occasionally. We had some minor difficulties with drinking water and in the washroom, but the staff was responsive and did their best to assist us throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Mahira’s place and would love to visit again. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for peace, nature, and warm hospitality.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay with Stunning Lake View!”** We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Nainital. The home was extremely well-maintained — everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped with all essential utensils, so it's easy to cook your own meals if you bring your own ingredients. The washrooms were very hygienic and spotless, which we really appreciated. The space overall was more than enough — with two large bedrooms, a single bed, and a spacious layout that felt very comfortable. The highlight, however, was the balcony view — absolutely breathtaking! The lake is right in front of the property, making mornings and evenings extra special. There’s also a temple just 10–15 minutes away on foot, which was a lovely visit. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we’re definitely planning to come back here for our next trip.

The apartment was aesthetically done with a focus on details, right from the kitchen to the art work across the rooms, to the washroom. The sitting room with glass doors overlooking the Mango trees and the balcony are splendid places to relax and cool down at any time of the day! Jassi the caretaker of the property is a kind soul and was super helpful at all times. Centrally located to all restaurants and most Corbett gates. One of the most well-done Airbnb's that we have stayed at. We already feel like coming back again!

Very co- operative friendly and responsive host, liked the way he came to greet us at the time of checking in and gave us more information about the property and location, loved the homestay, and location of the property, highly recommendable to everyone if planning for a jim corbett trip

It’s a very very nice and comfortable place. Every morning we’d bask in the sun on the bean bags :) The staff member Jassi sir was extremely kind and helpful. I had a few feedback and requests and both Jassi sir and Pradeep were extremely receptive and responsive.

We had a great stay at Mr. Sanjay's place. Mr. Sanjay is a humble person, who is available on call. All our communication was with care taker Sultan, who is also a great perosn to speak to.
