Home away from home, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jogja. The neighbourhood is very friendly if you take the time to get to know the people. Edi is always smiling and makes a great Coffe that can fix your mood on any day! Can't wait to come back to the Kampung and hang out with everyone.

Kamar cukup bersih dengan harga murah, banyak spot foto juga di area penginapan. Balkon enak buat ngobrol2 dan ngopi ngopi setelah seharian explore jogja.

This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

nice. bagus banget. tempat nya bersih. vasilitas super lengkap, bantal klonkurang ada banyak, kasur empuk, ada extra bed 2 kasur lipat. Udah smart tv, betah lah

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

nice place to stay at Yogya. the location near from university & many local resto must visited (Sentra Gudeg Yogya, Kaliurang Street). You must try the nearby coffe shop (11/11), I REALLY RECOMMEND IT👍👍 thank you ka arya for being responsive guesthouse and flexible checkin to apart because of contactless-checkin☺️☺️ will comeback soon if i go to Yogya again

lokasi masih terbilang sangat dekat untuk ke pusat kota (stasiun YK, tugu jogja, malioboro), tidak sepi, namun suasana di sekitar rumah masih tenang. ada warmindo di sebrang villa, setelah keluar villa langsung jalan untuk lalu lalang. untuk villanya cukup lengkap dan nyaman disinggahi, ada kompor, mesin cuci, jemuran, setrika, hair dryer. disediakan handuk, body lotion, shampoo & sabun, sikat gigi, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, ac dingin, dan dibersihkan 2x untuk seluruh villa. diberikan juga complimentary berupa teh, kopi, mie instan, dan kue ringan. hostnya fast respond, ramah, & clear memberikan informasi untuk check in & out. def recommended.

I’m someone who looks for a serene place to stay that’s not too far from Yogyakarta City Center, while also being budget-friendly. I don’t need over-the-top facilities, so this place was perfect for me. Everything about this place felt “just right.” It’s just right for two people—especially couples. It’s just right for getting a quiet, restful break after a long, busy day exploring crowded Yogyakarta. The breakfast is just right to start your day, the atmosphere is perfect for those who enjoy calm and tranquility, and the distance from the city center is just right—you can easily get there using an online taxi. Mas Rifqi, the (future super)host, is very responsive, kind, and helpful. He also provides extra services you might need during your stay, such as bike rentals, massage arrangements, and more. Perhaps in the future, the key system could be upgraded to a modern one, like a card-based system. Also, the bedroom door handle could be fixed, as it couldn’t be locked properly.

The host was helpful and flexible even mthough we arrived at 3pm via train in Jogja. The place was easy to find by Grabcar, the access was easy. We had a great time at Sifa's with all amenities complete for our short vacation needs. We rented motorcycles in Jogja and there are ample parking space in front of the house. Its not near the busy and noisy part of the town, but yet still close to everywhere. Highly recommended

Perfect place to arrange big family trip with nice pool in it. The room is super clean, they provide amenities, instant noodle, egg, rice, sugar, tea, coffee, etc for free. Love it.

Rumah sangat bersih. kamar tidur semua nyaman, adem. bahkan disediakan kasur tambahan. fasilitas sangat lengkap. lingkungan mudah dijangkau, pgn ngegrab, pesen alfagift, bisa semua. dan rumahnya sangat luas, kita yg ber10 masih berasa longgar tempatnya. terima kasih banyak, recomended bgt utk kalian yg berbanyak.

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.
