Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The most interesting cities and destinations are about 20 minutes away by car. At your disposal is a swimming pool where you can cool off in the summer months and an outdoor gas grill and a place to hang out and enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine The pool is heated in the pre-season from,May, post-season September

In front of the house is a beautiful swimming pool which can be heated with solar power during sunny weather with children's pool and with whirlpool. The heating is solar and increases the pool temperature in sunny weather. The villa also features a sauna. The ground floor has a spacious living room with access to a large covered terrace with fireplace, where there is also a table tennis table, table football and electronic darts.

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Ideally located since both the first beach and the city centre are in 5 minutes walking distance. There is a possibility to park the car in the front yard of the building.
