Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an urban villa which is located in a luxury resort by the sea and the beach. The decoration of the apartment is modern and with elements of the Mediterranean. You can quickly and easily reach city centers, by foot, by public transport or by car. Or you can easily stay here because there are lot of promenades, beaches, restaurants, markets, children playground, exchange office,coffie bar ... The apartment's location is its greatest advantage.

Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Excellent, romantic place for couples, brand new, holiday apartment is situated on the main island road, halfway from the ferry dock to the center of Kali. All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.
