A very enjoyable stay Tanner was very helpful in sorting out any problems we had the swimming pool was very well kept all in all it was a very lovely stay and would visit again

Das Haus beschticht mit seinem großen Pool, und ist perfekt für 7 Erwachsene. Auch die Zimmer größen und die Anzahl der Bäder perfekt geeignet, und alle Zimmer sehr auber. Jeder hat sein eigenen Privats bereich, wo er sich zurück ziehen kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wahren reichlich vorhanden. Ein großen Lob an Herr Sezai. Ich würde das Haus jeden mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

This is an amazing villa that is in a great quite location. The walk into the centre of Dalyan is flat and doesn't take long at all, around 20-25 mins. All of the bedrooms are comfortable, and the pool is perfect. Great for families with small children as well as older groups wanting their own place to chill while enjoying the local area. Filiz is an amazing host, with exceptional communication throughout, and really does want your stay to be the best it can. Thank you Filiz, 5 stars!!

Dilek и ее муж отзывчивые хозяева с прекрасным домом расположенным в тихом месте между Dalaman и Ortaca. Дом очень уютный, одно этажный (что было огромным преимуществом, т.к. мы путешествовали со старыми родителями) с прекрасным уходенным садов, в который мы прямо влюбились, и бассейном. Очень советуем и при следующей поездке в Dalaman надеемся здесь остановиться.

Ailece çok keyif aldığımız ve huzurlu hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Gökhan Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Ev ve çevreden izole muhit çok hoşumuza gitti. Her türlü gezi planı için yakın konumların merkezinde yer alışı da tatilimizi kolaylaştırdı. Gökhan Bey'e ilgi ve alakasından ötürü çok teşekkür ediyorum. Hiç bir tereddüt yaşamadan bu evi tercih edebilirsiniz.

Excellent location and a really premium host! Even if any support was requested immediate respond was normality. House is great and very comfortable and high quality. Private pool is amazing and large surrounded by trees for shadow if needed. All in all…was hard to leave…a place to be! 5*

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ortaca konumu itibariyle merkezi plajlara uygun mesafede bulunan bir lokasyonda. Evde her şey belirtildiği gibiydi. Etrafta devam eden inşaatlardan dokayı ara sıra kamyon geçmesi ve az da olsa gürültü mevcuttu. Etrafı çok ağaçlık ve yeşillik olduğundan dolayı sinek ve böceği bol olan bir yer. Özellikle çok fazla küçük karınca var. Yere yiyecek dökmemeye çalışın çünkü bir şekilde giriyorlar. Emel hanımın ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Halide place was absolutely stunning and it was even better in person. It was all state of the art appliances and breath taking inside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown which always increased our appetite and helped us digest on the way back. The last few days the internet was in and out, but Halide was always responsive and willing to help. Majority of the essentials are included, but if you stay with a large group, you will definitely need to restock on some of the amenities. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home for your next vacation.

What a wonderful week on Can's family pomegranate farm (the juice is incredible!). We were totally private, which is important to us, but they were on hand if we needed anything. It's surrounded by mountains and oh so quiet, apart from the clucking of what must be the happiest chickens on the planet who roam freely in the daytime amongst the pomegranate trees. Only 15 mins into Dalyan for shops and restaurants and only 40 mins from the airport. The perfect position. Thoroughly recommend. We loved it! Thank you Can and his parents.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Haus war sauber und richtig toll! Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen! :) Deniz war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Ali's accommodation was perfect for us spending a couple of days in Dalyan after attending a wedding in southern Turkey. The listing accurately describes the accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool and bbq. Ali is great, very responsive and hospitable. We stayed in his nearby mintaapart for the day after checking out which was ideal for us having an evening flight.

Een zeer fijne verblijf gehad. Ruimte en locatie zo als omschreven. Het huis beschikt over alle benodigdheden om een aangename verblijf te hebben. De locatie is ideaal om vercshillende plekken te bezoeken. Een aanrader voor natuur lief hebbers.

Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

Very comfy beds, and sunbeds, 15 mins walk to the centre, we enjoyed the views, loved the pool, and it had what we needed. Gets the sun all day ☀️
