Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal Gast bei Katerina und wie immer sehr zufrieden.

Panos’ home was a hidden gem nestled with breathtaking views of the ocean!! Our family felt as if we were home staying at Feliz Apartment! Linens were soft with a refreshing clean smell, towels soft as butter! Wrap around balcony steps away from the ocean gave us surreal views of our surroundings!! Host checked in periodically throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and not in need of anything! Apartment is moments away from local beach bars, our favorites were Hawaii Beach Bar & Alopigia Beach Bar (both full service with chairs and great hospitality) each are within a five (5) drive from the home. Better yet, directly across the street there is the beach and bar that belongs to Vincci Evereden Hotel where you enjoy the facilities with a paid chair! Many markets, tavernas, coffee shops are all a few minutes drive from the apartment! We’d stay again as Feliz Apartment was right in the heart of Anavyssos and gave our family memories we’ll cherish!

What a tranquil and beautiful place and Anna’s hostessing is remarkable from cake every day to friendly advice given via google translate! A little small for 3 adults but perfect for two. Beautiful swimming on the beach just metres away. Some roads to access other beaches are really poor on Kythnos so do your research first. It’s a very unspoilt and beautiful place and I hope it manages to remain so.

Absolutely spectacular host. Location walkable to beach, super market, all restaurants, coffee shops, park, etc. Couldn’t have been more optimally located. Niko’s went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed and provide detailed local recommendations. One of top stays we have had recently, and super-host level service 🙏🙏

We stayed for a week in September, and wished it could have been longer. For complete relaxation, swimming and quietness, it couldn't have been better. Constantinos and his mother, Niki (who live above), made us feel very at home from the moment we arrived. Such a lovely warm welcome with home made cheese pie included. All very clean and well set up. We spent very little time inside, preferring the various outdoor spaces for relaxing and just looking out to sea. Wonderful view across the bay. 5 min easy walk to the beach, which has several trees for shade and the use of little chairs Beautiful clean water. When we were there the little cafe was closed, but easy to bring picnics from the house. We were so happy there we became rather lazy about going out. The hosts are very discreet, but are more than happy to help if necessary with plenty of recommendations. Thank you for a very special week and so enjoyed talking to you Niki about coming to the island and your family.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon war unser Zuhause und oft sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer hinunter baden gegangen in der fast menschenleeren Bucht. Besonders loben möchte ich das riesige Bett mit einer ausgezeichneten Matratze, wo wir bei Meeresrauschen vorzüglich schliefen. Einzigst anmerken möchte ich, dass die Einrichtung der übrigen Wohnung etwas aufgebessert werden könnte, wobei die Küchenausstattung sehr gut ist. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse und der Blick sind traumhaft. Man hat alles (sogar in Laufnähe), was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Joannis war ebenfalls super mit vielen Tipps. Er hat bei Fragen immer quasi sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Cosy and quiet penthouse studio with view of the sea and sunset. Walkable to local restaurants, too. Dora is a friendly and proactive host and this is a great pick if you want to be away from the intensity of Athens, but still close enough to access the city centre by car (45 mins). Another advantage is that the airport is conveniently less than a 30-minute drive away (but you never see or hear a plane).

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Panos is a wonderful person and great host. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. It’s a very comfortable and homey apartment with stunning sunset views. I wish we had more time to stay longer and take advantage of some local tours. The view and area is a stunning local seaside getaway with a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, and fully stocked supermarket on a few blocks away (they even carried gluten and dairy free products). You’ll also find a seaside walk sprinkled with poppies and other wildflowers in the spring. Wonderful place- we’ll be back!

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Der Pool und der Meerblick sind fantastisch. Mit einem Mietwagen sind die Strände und Athen gut erreichbar.

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

Semaine formidable dans cette maison sur la plage. Magnifique terrasse bien aérée et vue le soir sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et peu fréquentée, eau claire et parfait pour la baignade. La maison est très confortable également même si nous passions nos journées dehors. Un vrai bonheur de se réveiller au bord de la mer et de pouvoir se baigner sans avoir à prendre la voiture cela donne une dimension totalement différente aux vacances ! La maison est très bien située aussi dans Kea que nous avons découvert et adoré. Île sauvage avec des routes et des panoramas somptueux et peu touristique comparée à d’autres îles grecques. Merci beaucoup Maria !

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Logement IDYLIQUE ! Très joli et à l’abri des regards. On se sent vraiment bien et on a l’impression d’être comme à la maison. A l’intérieur, tout est pensé pour un séjour en famille : - Chambre séparée, - Jeux de société et console, - Douche extérieure pour retour de plage (qui est à 5 minutes à pied et qui vaut vraiment le détour), - Hamac et chaises dans les arbres. L’hôte est vraiment formidable, merci Dimitri ! Il nous accueille avec des spécialités grecques et du nécessaire dans le frigo. Il nous indique aussi les endroits à voir et où manger (entre autres). Nous recommandons vraiment ce cocon : pas mieux en rapport qualité prix et coup de cœur de vacances !

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

The place is stunning! I loved everything about the stay, the house has everything you need, have access to the beach just few steps away, and most importantly stunning sunsets every night! If you want something remote and quite this is definitely the place to stay.

lovely place for a quiet get away. the place is great and and well located to visit all the part of the island while being away from the business of the port.

Our stay was amazing, and the views are great. This home is set up well and is very comfortable and clean. We loved the hot tub and used it every day! I would recommend this rental, especially for families as the beach is close and there are some rocks to climb around on. My kids loved those things. The host was very responsive and answered questions right away, even walking us through the home when we arrived and pointed out how to work all the different things. If you are looking for a place to relax and is quiet, this is the place.
