gotta get use to climbing the bunk beds, vy glad there r 2 toilets, good for families. vy hospitable host & helpful, even gave us Japan snacks, yum yum. overall good, juz gotta get use to the alittle bit tight space.

Since I keep coming back to Hiro’s place, you can tell that I really like hiro’s place. It is nice and compact. 200 meters to the closest train station on odakyu line.. which is 1 station away from a JR… and very easy to connect to metro. Roughly 700 yens to haneda airport. Easy connection (500 meter walk) at Kawasaki station. Now we are experts on traveling from Hiro’s place. Hiro always has a way to make us feel very welcome, this time with the strawberry in the fridge. And yes always very flexible checkin and out. Lots of local restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying to Miu's place. It is near the train statiion, convenience store and restaurants. Will definitely booked again. Miu is also very very friendly and responsive..

Great location, walking distance from 2 main stations. Perfect size for our family of 6. Hosts were very commutative and helped with local recommendations, already planning our 2026 trip and definitely will be staying here again!

This was a wonderful place - it was clean and in a great location. It was just a little walk to the station, but I didn’t mind that. This fit our family of four to adults two teenagers perfectly well everything is very clean and neat and modern. We would stay there again in a minute.

한국 분들도 많이 이용해주셨으면 하는 마음에 한국어로 후기를 남깁니다:) 일본 여행은 이번이 4번째인데 이용했던 곳 중 가장 아늑하고 친절한 곳이었어요. 2층 독채에 침실은 전부 3곳, 침대는 한 방 빼곤 전부 넓찍한 킹사이즈 침대가 2개씩 있습니다✨ 소통도 빠르고 너무 쾌적했어요 ! 일본에선 외국인이 집주인이고 집만 대여해주는 형태로 관리가 잘 안되는 곳들도 많은데 현지인분이 집주인이셔서 그런지 하나하나 애정도 많고 신경을 많이 쓰신 집이라는 게 느껴졌습니다. 가족단위나 친구 여러명이서 여행하는 분들께 추천해요. 참고로 이치노에 역 기준 도보10분이며, 신주쿠선이 지나는 역이라 도쿄 중심지 가기도 편합니다 ! 가는 길에 큰 강도 끼고 있어 동네 경관도 너무 아름다워요💌 とても綺麗ですし居心地でした。泊まってた間、家にコウさんの愛情がたっぷり詰まってるのを感じられましたね🎐ありがとうございました🎀

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

7 of us stayed for 3 nights. Beds comfortable, quiet area, very clean. Only slight drawback is while there are two showers, they are in one big connected bathroom so our shower schedule was a bit complicated.

Charming place in a very good location. Down a quiet side street but an easy walk to lots of places you would want to go or grab a train nearby. Legendary Swamp Coffee was our daily ten minute walk to the coolest little coffee shop you’ll ever see. Host was great too.

Friendly host with clear communication. Accommodation was clean and well equipped for my family. Close to local train station for access to the city. We did find the freeway next to the building rather noisy however. Overall good accommodation.

A beautiful home in such a peaceful area, for you to escape from the busy areas of Tokyo! There is also a really nice Onsen just 8 mins away and also a really nice Ramen place! Chirhirock was very forth-coming and always responded very fast, thank you for letting us stay at your home! I can highly recommend this place for everyone who needs a quiet place but still wants to be easily connected to Tokyo's highlights.

This place is so cute!! The neighborhood is quiet and they had plenty of toys for my baby and toddler to play with. I saw other reviews complaining about how it was far from the train station. Although, it did take us 10-15 to walk to there, we didn’t think that was difficult. We were even pushing a stroller with two kids. There were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby to get food. And do the sento (bath house) nearby. It was such a unique experience!

中学生の子供と小学生の子供も家族4人で利用しました。 寝室が二つあり、またソファーベッドもあり、一人で寝たい中学生の子供も満足いく部屋でよかったです。 立地もよく江の島を楽しむのであれば1番良かったです。

Jing was an excellent host! Gave clear instructions and went above and beyond with having a warm and welcoming home. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this accommodation, and will keep it in mind for any future trips to Japan!

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!
