We had a wonderful stay here. The place was incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect escape to unwind from busy everyday life. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The heated pool was a real highlight, kids dove right in every morning. Communication with the hosts was always responsive and friendly. We would love to return.

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Emmanuel ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Mit vielen Empfehlungen und einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, hat er uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir sind sehr begeistert! Vielen Dank Emmanuel

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

This is our second visit to Sunset 1. We love the Villa, we will never get tired of the view from outside area. Villa is clean and has everything you need. We never hire a car and use local taxis to get shopping and take us into Lindos . The hill is still very steep 🤪... but worth the climb . As we visit in October the only thing that could be improved is if pool was heated ....as it is very bracing, but this wouldn't stop us booking Sunset 1 again.

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

Bonne semaine dans la magnifique villa d’Athina. Tout s’est très bien passé. Merci à elle. Nous aurions simplement aimé que notre hôte passe nous voir dans le courant de la semaine pour nous demander si tout se passait bien pour nous et si nous manquions de rien. Il n’en reste pas moins qu’Athina a été disponible si nous avions besoin. Barbara

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Giorgos ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber und möchte seinen Gästen einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichen (z.B. mit Restaurantempfehlungen, man solle sich melden, wenn man noch etwas benötigen würde etc.). Das Haus ist super und wie im Inserat beschrieben bzw. bebildert. Selbst Dinge wie Handtücher für die Liegen sind mehr als genug vorhanden. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Die Lage auf der Insel ist günstig, da z.B. sowohl Rhodos Stadt als auch Lindos gut erreichbar sind. Etwas schwierig war die Kommunikation mit Giorgos auf Englisch. Hier würden wir ihm empfehlen z.B. ein Infoblatt mit notwendigen Informationen anzufertigen. Zum Beispiel haben wir zunächst nicht verstanden, dass er den Hausmüll selber abholt bei „Bedarf“. Es hat am Ende funktioniert, war aber bei uns mit einigen Fragezeichen verbunden. Auch der Check-out war uns vom Ablauf nicht klar. Um es aber noch mal zu betonen: Er ist ein toller Gastgeber. Auf uns wirkte es mehr wie eine sprachliche Hürde.

I had a wonderful stay at Momentum Villas in Rhodes! The heated pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The living and dining area was spacious and well-equipped for cooking and grilling. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was ample space for everyone. Everything was very clean, and the host’s service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. Martin and Zuzana were super attentive. Always responding quickly to our questions and happy to help. They even apologised for a couple of things that were missing in the house but the house was perfect. For sure, the price was amazing for 4 rooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool and barbecue. We certainly enjoyed a lot our time in the house and will for sure repeat if I ever go back to Rhodes!

Angeliki and Harry were fantastic hosts ! so helpful in mores way than one , the place is beautiful everything you need and they made sure we had some milk and food on arrival which was so helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance great food called Taverna Perihlis lovely staff so caring , we also did parasailing with some very nice guys literally on the beech at bottom of villa everything you need we also hired a car to explore and did some snorkeling in the gorgeous coves nearby and when leaving host met us to say goodbye very caring definitely be back .

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Har vært på mange airbnb gjennom årene, men aldri opplevd lignende gjestfrihet og service som vi finn av Kostas og hans far George. Vi var der i en uke. Totalt 5 personer. Huset var skinnende rent, ALT var gjennomtenkt. De kom til og med og rengjorde en ekstra gang midt i uken for å skifte sengetøy og håndklær samt rengjøring!! Med slik service, hvem behøver hotell?? Fantastisk, anbefales for familier!
