Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Ruby Cabin at RED Mountain Resort - 10 min walk

Cozy cabin located at RED Mountain Resort. A short, flat, 400m walk to the base of the red chair and all the resort amenities. Literally out the door is world renowned hiking, biking and cross country trails. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the patio. Cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed and a double futon. Also included is a private, ground level ski gear/drying room with full sized washer and dryer. Drying room offers a heated floor so that all your gear will dry quickly

Enjoy the grassed area to the river where there is seating and a fire-pit. Tent area available next to guesthouse for extra guests for a fee.

I call this space The Bunk House, a comfortable room with two comfortable bunk beds. There is a toilet, sink, fridge, towels, coffee pot with coffee, plates, utensils, use of a barbeque and or hot plate. The bunk house has a satellite TV.... The shower is located beside shower building. A very quiet and peaceful setting on our property with privacy

Sunny Hills Farm

Cozy, one bedroom, one bathroom cabin between Midway and Rock Creek on Highway 3. Fenced private yard with fruit trees. Close to Kettle river, beautiful, endless walking/hiking trails, golf course, skiing etc. Floating tube rental with drop off and pick up is available in the summer. Pets are allowed upon request with a $ 20 fee per pet.
