Had a very welcoming, at home feeling to the property, reminded us of the movie “Wanderlust”, loved seeing the animals and waking up to the sounds of the miniature donkeys, chickens and horses, would absolutely stay here again and stay longer, can’t say enough good about the property or Aaron, it was a fantastic stay and highly recommended

Exceeded all of my expectations. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Location - Easy to find. Remote and quiet, but not far from amenities in Delphi. Getting to a cabin can sometimes be an adventure, but this one was easy to find and all roads were paved right up to the driveway. The cabin - Super clean and everything that we needed was available. Streaming services provided, an Alexa device for music, billiards, ping pong, a fire ring with wood provided, covered outdoor sitting spaces (it rained a lot during our visit), a grill, and every single kitchen implement that we needed during our stay all added up to a relaxing visit. The pictures make it look great, but they almost don't do it justice. Very nice place. The host - Mary Ann was very proactive. She anticipated most of our needs and provided everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive when we reached out prior to the trip with questions. The little gift box of local treats was the cherry on top.

This cabin was a perfect remote, relaxing and quiet getaway...yet had so many great amenities like volleyball, paddle boards, a kayak, canoe and fishing rods. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Perfect getaway for a group that wants a non-touristy private lake, but still have the option for tons of fun together! On top of all that, Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive and provided the perfect balance of communication (prior to and during our stay). It was obvious that she takes great pride in her cabin and property. We can't wait to go back!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very roomy and is a wonderful blend of rustic and contemporary. Michael was very responsive to any questions/ requests. Would recommend it to others looking for a quiet getaway.

We loved this place. It's exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Our host was awesome and incredibly knowledgeable about the historical aspects if the property (again, exactly what we were hoping for!) I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, serene environment. I enjoyed sitting on the bank of the canal and watching the geese go through their nightly regime. My husband and I spent the night here with our 16 year old, 11 year old, and 8 year old. Truly a memorable experience that will be cherished by my family!

House was clean, Cute place. We enjoyed being out on the kayaks and paddle board. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great mini vacation. Thanks Heidy

Staying on the canal is such a treat. The cabin is rustic, for sure, but the touches added, like a little broom and two adorable caned chairs make it very homey. Cushions are essential for the beds, but I had brought my own so sleeping on the bunk was cozy. The bathrooms and shower are kept very clean. The shower has great water pressure. Both are a big bonus after a night around the campfire. I was lucky to be able to extend my stay by a day because it’s such a good value. Watching the sunrises on the meadow in the morning from the porch was very refreshing.

Rachel met us promptly upon arrival to escort us to her secluded cabin. The property was beautiful! There is plenty of mowed grass area to run and play. The view from the front porch of the cabin is lovely . We’d definitely stay there again!!
