Private Pool Villa Suite Tokyo Property Information ■ Location & Access Address: 6-8-4 Edogawa, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Nearest Station: Ichinoe Station (Toei Shinjuku Line), Exit A4 – approx. 14 minutes on foot (Taxi is recommended, especially with luggage) Bus Access: • About 5 minutes by bus from Ichinoe Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) • About 7 minutes by bus from Kasai Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) Airport Access: • From Narita Airport: Limousine bus approx. 70 minutes (one way ¥1,600) • From Haneda Airport: Limousine bus approx. 36 minutes (one way ¥1,100) The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. Additionally, Airbnb × Oggi hosted their first Insta Live event at Villa Suite Tokyo, featuring travel-themed discussions. The archived video can be viewed on the living room TV.

Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, this airbnb was shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 aren't accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9:30am on the check-in date, also we can hold them until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in to give you quick instructions and key.( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) We can send luggage to your next destination for extra fee No-Bidet on toilet.

The building is a 60-year-old Japanese traditional house renovated and opened in 2024, a private trip completely reserved for private use. The location is very convenient as it is a 7-minute walk (550m) from Asakusa Station. Direct train access from Narita and Haneda airports. Check-in from 16:00 ~ Check-out at 10:00.
