The Raven’s Roost: A Cozy Space for 1-8 Guests

The Raven’s Roost will be your command center in Kodiak. This downstairs unit of a duplex is located in the center of town, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The open concept living area has a large smart TV, a fireplace, and a pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a larger bedroom with two queens, and a full bathroom has a bathtub, washer, and dryer. And the kids will love the buoy swing and treefort in the backyard!

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Suite View is a fully furnished private apartment close to downtown with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. It has a small kitchen sink, mini fridge, and microwave. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac with some ocean views, a big deck, and a dedicated parking spot. Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
