Ko Yao District: аренда домов на набережной

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre de Koh Phi Phi, la chambre est dans un hôtel donc check in et check out très simple avec possibilité de ranger nos bagages. Belle chambre avec balcon. Tout est parfait, le seul petit défaut est le confort des lits qui sont très durs.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war es, abends mit geöffneter Balkontür einzuschlafen – das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres war wie ein beruhigendes Schlaflied und hat uns direkt ins Reich der Träume begleitet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Manager Morgan, der mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und zuvorkommenden Art unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

Ремонт и наполнение квартиры сделаны с душой — там было приятно находиться, а также в ней было все необходимое для проживания👍🏽 Расположение отличное: прямо рядом с немноголюдным пляжем и ресторанами, недалеко есть второй пляж (не останетесь без приятных глазу рассветов и закатов 😊). Также в пешей доступности 7 eleven, tops, лавка с фруктами и кафе. Надежда была на связи все время: помогала при заселении и во время всего пребывания. Рекомендовала интересные места, консультировала по ним и была очень дружелюбна. Было приятно общаться:)

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

Stayed for 2 weeks in this amazing property. Spectacular view, 5-7 minutes to the beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Very convenient to get to other islands almost from the doorstep. Jason is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet escape.

Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

Really lovely house with private pool. Set back from the road so nice and quiet. Just outside of the main town so you can walk to the beach opposite and a couple of restaurants however you would need scooter / car / taxi for other parts but Sebastien has all the contacts and recommendations you need. He is very responsive and helpful - by far the best host around!

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

We had a lovely week staying at Ivan's place in Cape Panwa! Whilst the area itself is a bit quieter than other parts of Phuket, it was very easy to get a cab into town - and we actually liked the quietness! There is also a lovely beach within about a 25 minute walk from the flat. Ivan was very responsive to my questions and the place was spotless on arrival. We loved the daily night market right outside the complex!

Amazing location, very quiet and peaceful. Bit tricky to find however the locals will help if you get nearby...followed one on a scooter. Superb value. bed and shower etc fine and serviceable. Would definitely go again.

Maggie’s place was everything we thought it would be. The beach was fantastic and there were plenty of restaurants within a walking distance (should be noted that you must go up a hill). Fresh fruits could be bought every day and there was a 7/11 not too far for everything else. Host was very responsive when we had questions. You could easily rent a taxi or a longtail boat for all your excursions. We stayed at this place for 32 days and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist toll gelegen, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett ist super bequem. Wir waren gerne bei Khaokhad Halal Food&Drinks essen, was nicht mal eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt ist. Ein 7-Eleven ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, ein weiterer Supermarkt (24/7 offen) ist noch näher. Soh, die vor Ort für die Unterkunft verantwortlich ist, empfing uns persönlich und war während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und sehr freundlich. Es werden Strandmatten und Sonnenschirme bereitgestellt und der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Ich habe auch das Fitnessstudio genutzt und war positiv von der Ausstattung überrascht. Mir fallen keine negativen Punkte ein, sodass ich die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann!
