We loved our stay so much we cancelled the rest of our trip to extend our stay here! Lovely staff, shuttle service was incredible, super responsive hosts. Everyone was so helpful! Would definitely return!

Did a lot of Airbnbs around all the islands here, and this is definitely the best experience I’ve had. Even compare to very exclusive places, the overall experience we had there is not comparable. The host was very useful, very caring, helping for everything from Bike rental to book our boat tickets to book a boat for us to go the island. They also came to pick us up at the pier and brought us back to the pier at departure. This is the only Airbnb that have done this, all others were a mess finding the taxi and the address. The place is very nice, the view is breathtaking, privacy is unmatched. 100% perfect, 10/10

I could not reccomend more this villa! So peaceful and secluded. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Everything was squeaky clean and we even had a minibar and snacks that we could purchase from (which is a great plus when you’ve just checked in after travelling for a while). The hosts had a booklet filled with activities and restaurant recommends that was extremely useful. We were able to do an early checkin and we had the options to leave our bags as we wandered the island after checkout. This villa was perfect for our vacation, if you’re hesitating - don’t!

I love the place. It’s secluded but also easily accessible by bike. A bit of drive but it’s worth it. Love love the place. You also get a view of the beach and it’s just a nice place to stay, quiet and full of nature.

Our stay at Lukas Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained located in the peaceful jungle. Lukas was very kind and always available to help with any questions. A scooter is necessary to get around, but if you need one, Lukas will arrange for you. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! Many thanks Lukas, Noon and Egg!

We had an amazing stay at Bella Tao. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures and Rob, Caz and Benjawan were all so welcoming and generous with their time and suggestions for activities. The villa is ideal for a group of friends looking to do backpackery things on Koh Tao, but having somewhere to relax and recharge as well, because it’s so accessible to Sairee. Some of us got bikes which was useful for getting to diving school and around the island, and the rest of us used Rob’s taxi suggestion for getting further than the Sairee area which was easy. Some recs; snorkelling tour, secret bar at sunset, 995 duck, mama tams, khao soi (close and amazing quality!!) yoga, western breakfast at Onions, all easily in walking distance. Thank you for making our celebrations amazing!

La estancia fue 10/10. El equipo de Andre estaba presente en todo momento y nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia. La casa era incluso mejor de lo que se muestra en las fotos y la zona donde se encuentra es increíble. A 2 minutos en moto de Sairee, pero lo suficiente apartada como para no sentir el bullicio. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, y no le falta nada. Es nuestra segunda vez en Koh Tao, volveremos una tercera, y si podemos, nos volveremos a alojar aquí. Recomendado 100%

As a group of 7 adults a toddler and a baby the villa was perfect for us! So many wonderful recommendations and walking distance to so many amazing spots on Koh Tao. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa with a wonderful floor to ceiling window view! The host went out of their way to make our experience excellent. The host provided transportation all over the island, coordinated a luxury boat for a snorkeling excursion, and was very helpful with recommendations. I was very impressed with the host’s responsiveness, helping with each need we had. We loved all the details, from a stocked fridge at local prices, to family games, to fresh croissants, to great amenities in the bathroom. This host really treats travelers well!

Our stay at this villa was truly special. The villa is incredible, the location and views spectacular and the accommodation and infinity pool beautifully kept, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Mon the housekeeper looked after us really well and was always available to ask questions or give us advice. Siri was responsive and helpful and made the whole process easy and relaxed. The free regular transfer into the main part of the island were really helpful and it was easy to get takeaway delivered when we wanted. We even had a fabulous meal cooked and served for us in the villa. Dont hesitate to book this villa... it is beautiful and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would love to go back someday.

Rarely does the actual BnB match the photos. In this case it surpassed the photos. The villa was of an excellent standard and the hosts exceptionally welcoming and supportive. What topped it off was the great value. Well worth staying and thank you to the hosts!

Très belle villa, une vue magique! Beau coucher de soleil ! Conforme aux photos et à la description. La maison est dans le calme absolue, et l’endroit est très apaisant. Les ventilateurs dans les chambres sont bruyants mais il y a aussi la climatisation donc c’est ce que nous avons utilisé. Très beau séjour pour nous, si nous retournons à koh Tao, nous retournerons dans ce logement!

Son unas villas preciosas y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. Lo recomendamos. La zona es tranquila y la ubicación es muy buena.

Wir waren vier Wochen auf Samui, Phangan und Koh Tao unterwegs und haben uns in dieser Villa am wohlsten gefühlt. Der Unterschied liegt vor allem an San und seiner Frau, die mit viel Herzlichkeit alles perfekt organisieren und dem Haus eine gemütliche Atmosphäre verleihen. Die Villa übertrifft unsere Erwartungen: Der Pool ist größer als auf den Bildern, und die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht ist atemberaubend. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, einschließlich der schönen Gartenanlage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und alle zwei Tage wird gründlich gereinigt. San und seine Frau übernehmen auch die Wäsche – der Preis ist fair, vielleicht sogar etwas günstiger als anderswo, und die Qualität ist hervorragend. Die Anfahrt ist mit einem guten 160-cc-Roller zu zweit problemlos machbar – ein geübter Motorradfahrer hat hier keine Schwierigkeiten. Fünf Sterne für die Villa und die wunderbaren Gastgeber San und seine Frau!

Fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, küçük ama kullanışlı bir odaydı . Özel havuz biraz küçüktü ama manzara çok güzeldi. Limandan alınma ve bırakılma bizim için büyük kolaylık oldu. Yürüyerek merkeze inebiliyorsunuz çoğu yere yakındı, biraz dik bir yokuşu var ama çıkılmayacak gibi değil. Çalışanlar cana yakın ve yardımcılardı. Güzel bir deneyimdi, teşekkürler...

Vi bodde 4 fantastiske dager i denne nydelige villaen. Den ligger fint for seg selv høyt oppe i fjellsiden, så utsikten her er helt utrolig (ps: se solnedgangen fra villaen fremfor å dra til en betalt view point på øya - utsikten er best her). Det er en lang bratt trapp opp til villaen fra parkeringen, men det tok vi som en fin mulighet til å få inn litt trening! Villaen hadde alt vi trengte av kjøkkenutstyr og andre nødvendigheter - og verten hadde kjøpt inn vann og annen drikke som vi kunne ta fra kjøleskapet. Vi startet og avsluttet hver dag med en deilig dukkert i bassenget med utsikt over byen, Siste kvelden leide vi kokk til Villaen som lagde fantastisk Thailandsk mat til oss, som vi fikk nyte på terrassen. Alt i alt strålende fornøyd med oppholdet, og anbefaler på det sterkeste å booke denne.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt mit unserem 1 jährigen Kind bei James. Coral, die für uns zuständig war hat sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert und war immer für uns erreichbar. Sie hat uns super Tipps gegeben und alles für uns perfekt organisiert. Leider hatten wir ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter und konnten es aber wegen der tollen Unterkunft super auch bei schlechtem Wetter aushalten. Alles was man benötigt ist füßläufig zu erreichen. Die Anlage würde alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht und frisches Trinkwasser gebracht. Alle waren außerordentlich nett & hilfsbereit. Einfach wundervoll und absolut empfehlenswert ❤️

Koh Tao is a must see and this villa is a must do experience, we cannot recommend it enough. The hosts, Alex and Franzi, greeted us at the pier with a cold bottle of water and warm smiles and had a taxi waiting to take us to the villa. A very nice touch as the pier gets extremely busy with all the incoming boats. The villa was beautifully furnished, had every amenity mentioned in the listing and the pool view overlooking the ocean was just spectacular. On clear days we could see the islands of Phangan, Samui and Ang Thong National Park. The bed what very comfortable and the bathroom fit for a king! Nature is everywhere around the villa with many squirrels, birds and geckos. The hosts recommended a local guide, Mr Kingkong, to take us on a private snorkeling daytrip on his longboat. What an experience. We saw the most beautiful fish, blacktip sharks and indeed a turtle! We left with a heavy heart, but with so many memories. Thank you Alex and Franzi, we will be back one day.

Ployz was very helpful and the view from the villa was beautiful. Cleaners came every day and cleaned any bugs from the pool which was great. The taxi service available was brilliant, very fast and affordable. This service was essential as I would have been nervous walking on the road between the villa and town, traffic in Koh Tao is crazy. There were several restaurants you could order breakfast or dinner to the villa from and the food was great and arrived very quickly. Given it was slightly outside of the town, the taxi and food services made us really comfortable and accommodated this greatly. Overall it was very much worth the cost and the host was extremely helpful.

Hervorragende Unterkunft und noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur liegt, sollte man kein Problem mit tierischen Mitbewohner haben :) Lukas ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der uns unseren Aufenthalt mit tollen Tipps bereichert hat. Nicht zu vergessen seine absolut süße Hündin. Lukas hat nicht nur den Transport vom Pier organisiert (kostenfrei included!), sondern auch Roller für uns sowie Trips vor Ort. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Ko Tao und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, one of the best I've seen yet in my life. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to cook. A special highlight was the private sun deck, which you can reach via a few steps. It's an incredible snorkeling spot where you can see a big diversity of fish and corals. A huge thank you to Su, the housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Maria, was equally fantastic—super attentive, always available, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a stunning, well-equipped place to stay on Koh Tao with exceptional hospitality, look no further. This is a true 5-Star experience!
