The Pearl Luxury Pool Villa

A luxury two-bedroomed villa with a private swimming pool. The bedrooms are ensuite and have balconies. There's a private garden and a large outdoor living area around the pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and with top quality fixtures and fittings like flat-screen TVs in all rooms and a fully-fitted kitchen. The sofa-bed in the lounge adds another double sleeping space. The location is 100m from a rock beach on a quiet residential road just minutes from the busiest beaches.

Baan Moon Fisherman's Villa. Waterfront, 2 Bed.

Baan Moon is originally a fisherman's house. It is located on the Klong Prao estuary, a stone's throw from Klong Prao beach on the west coast of the island. Enjoy a more authentic stay on Koh Chang in an area most visitors don't get to see and experience. It is a quiet spot away from crowds and is ideal for anyone worried about social distancing whilst on holiday. There are no crowds or large groups of people in this area. Koh Chang (and Trat province) had zero cases of coronavirus.

This is our own personal home and is available for rent only when we are in Italy and Lisca Beach Glamping is closed. As the sole resident, you'll enjoy complete privacy and a secluded stay on the beach, while being just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops, scooter rentals, laundry and a minimart.

Мой дом площадью около 130 кв. м с террасой 30 кв. м с видом на море и окруженный садом. Она расположена на сваях в море и имеет 4 комнаты (3 с кондиционером, 1 без кондиционера), кухню, гостиную и 2 ванные комнаты. Бассейн в 30 метрах от дома, бесплатный доступ. Я плачу ежемесячную арендную плату, чтобы мои гости могли пользоваться бассейном (не ночью). Один из последних настоящих домов на берегу моря на этой стороне Ко Чанга. Между 2 песчаными пляжами.
