It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled in the back yard of the owner, this little getaway includes a private entrance, reserved parking space, and privacy fence. Surrounded by gardens, You will be able to enjoy the bird feeders and fire pit by day while sleeping restfully at night with a new foam topped mattress as well as sound-proofed walls and windows. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
