The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled in the back yard of the owner, this little getaway includes a private entrance, reserved parking space, and privacy fence. 1.6 miles to Downtown 11 miles to TYS Hang out in the Hot Tub, make s'mores by the fire, then curl up and watch a movie. This stay has a fully furnished kitchen and coffee bar with all the basic cookware you need. Every bedroom has a smart TV and an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress for the best night sleep you’ve ever had. There is a small studio apartment attached to this house. It's locked off and has a separate entrance. These guests also have access to the outdoor amenities.

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
