The spacious living room overlooks Market Sq - the center of it all! There is a 1st floor futon bedroom that sleeps two and a queen bed upstairs. From Keurig to corkscrew, the kitchen is fully stocked, just like home. With private rooftop access, come enjoy your Downtown Knoxville experience in DT210!

If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

We had to buy it sight unseen - all we had was an Airbnb listing and a few photos that completely blew us away. Most lofts have one or two things that don’t work for us, but this one checked every single box. It had everything we wanted and none of what we didn’t. Within just two hours of it hitting the market, we had it under contract!
