This place was a great find! It had tons of space to not be on top of each other. It was clean, clear instructions for check in and checkout. I didn’t need to contact anyone during our stay. The only real downside was the steep driveway for 12 passenger van.

What an amazing property! My family and I stayed for a couple days over the Easter holiday. Great location and such a unique experience. My wife spent hours walking around the property and reading about the history of the property. We are so happy we stayed here and would love to come back again soon. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

We were in Knoxville visiting our niece while she attends UT. We chose the perfect house that was secluded, pristine and updated. It was a good location for what we had planned in our visit, situated between the UT campus and Dollywood. We would absolutely choose this house again if we come visit. We enjoyed the amenities: cornhole, fire pit, hot tub and large TVs for movie night. We actually chose not to go out a few nights so we could enjoy more time on the property. Thank YOU!

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

House is much more spacious than the pictures recommend. Terry and Paula were very easy to get in contact with and were quick to responses.

This is a nice area. Easy to find. It was a good spot for a overnight stay passing through. Thanks for having us.

Such a cute place and a perfect Knoxville getaway! It was exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. Jesse was responsive and helpful. And the hot tub was such an added bonus! We will definitely be back next year for Big Ears 2026. Thanks Jesse!

A very comfortable, clean, quiet and surprisingly spacious place. Only ten minutes from downtown Knoxville and easy to get to the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. What an amazing place! I love old Victorian homes! It was such a cozy little place for me and my little one and there was quite a few things within walking distance that I loved! My little one especially loved the playground located down the street. This place is a jewel! Very homey, nice layout, full amenities; quiet, nice natural lighting in daytime. Super clean. Exceeded expectations in all areas. John was very helpful answering my questions.

The condo is exactly as described. It overlooks the river. The balcony is a great place to have coffee in the morning or unwind at night. The condo has everything you need and feel like home.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s all over the country and this one is by far my favorite! The location was perfect for any and everything in Knoxville. The view was breathtaking! Especially at sunset! It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is so clean with great quality furniture, linens, and pillows. I will be booking this spot for all trips to Knoxville!
