This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

Our stay at Mark and Paula's house was excellent. The house is very well-equipped, and you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. The location is perfect and very well connected to public transportation, as the train station is just a few blocks away, along with the tram and a bus stop right at the doorstep. In just a few minutes, you can reach different destinations. On the other hand, Mark and Paula are always attentive to ensure you enjoy your stay and are very willing to answer any questions, address concerns, or solve any issues that may arise. In our particular case, we are very grateful because they allowed us to enjoy our stay with our small pets, which makes it invaluable. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Zandvoort. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos – sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nah zum Strand, zur Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Annette war eine großartige Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Casa di campagna accogliente e pulita, con vista su un mulino a pochi passi. Ampio soggiorno, cucina nuova. Apprezzata la presenza di caffè, olio, sale, pepe, bagnoschiuma, ecc. I maiali e il cane sono molto socievoli, anche con i bambini, per i quali sono presenti anche altalena, dondolo, tappeti elastici. Esther e Erik si sono mostrati molto gentili, disponibili e riservati. Soggiorno rilassante e super consigliato!

Das Häuschen von Karin ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Blitzblank, privat, ruhig und doch zentral für viele Unternehmungen mit diversen Möglichkeiten. Das Haus ist gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet und ausreichend groß für 3 - 4 Personen. Karin ist unglaublich freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Buchung von Karins Häuschen auf keinen Fall bereut - im Gegenteil: wir waren sehr glücklich darüber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heel fijn en ruim huis in een prachtige omgeving! Zowel natuur als winkels op loopafstand. Annemarie en Floris waren vriendelijk, reageerden snel en gaven ons alle benodigde informatie. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Mein Freund, unser Vierbeiner und ich haben knappe 5 Tage in Berrie's Haus gewohnt. Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit einem, größtenteils gepflasterten Garten. Die Sonne scheint richtig schön auf die Sitzecke im Garten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Wohnzimmer ist heller und freundlicher als es auf den Fotos aussieht :) Der Strand ist in etwa einer Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar.. mit dem Auto dauert es nur knappe 20min. Die öffentliche Anbindung nach Amsterdam beinhaltet 15 Minuten Gehzeit zum Bahnhof und ca 40 Minuten mit der Bahn die einen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Wer also eine ruhige schöne Gegend zwischen Amsterdam und Strand sucht ist hier genau richtig :) Wir können Berrie's Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Excellent location! Excellent Host! If you haven’t planned on what to do when in Netherlands just follow the recommendations provided by Michelle. They are much better than what we see on social media. Kids loved the place, lots of activities - play area, garden, games - to keep them busy.

Tiny House was a lovely stay for our family! We’re travelling with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 so it can be a bit tricky booking somewhere that works, but this was a really nice stay for all of us. Rik was really friendly and responsive before and during our stay. Everywhere was clean, lots of thoughtful things like spare bags for shopping, ground coffee, toys for kiddos and the little ones got to feed the chickens and pig too - they loved it. We were going to head into Amsterdam but we ended up staying there for the day. There were some lovely hyacinth and tulip fields nearby, we got to bask in the pretty suntrap garden and as an added bonus we got to see the bloemencorso float by the house in the evening - we were all suitably impressed. Thanks Rik for a thoughtfully appointed and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend Tiny House for travellers with children.

Wir haben uns in dem Gartenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön eingerichtet und bei gutem Wetter ist die Gartennutzung ein Traum. Einziger Minuspunkt: die offene Toilette und Dusche im Schlafzimmer und das fehlende Waschbecken im Bad. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

We spent one night on this sailing boat and had a fantastic experience. The boat was clean, fully equipped, and thoughtfully set up, providing all the comforts we needed. The unique setting made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended for a distinctive overnight experience!

This location offers exceptional privacy and tranquility. The hospitality is outstanding (10/10), and the premises are impeccably clean. We particularly appreciated the fresh, fragrant towels and the bathtub. The pool also appeared inviting, although the wind and cold prevented us from using it. We highly recommend this establishment.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man für ein Wochenende mit Freunden braucht! Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten im schönen Alkmaar, wo es auch viele gute Restaurants und Kneipen gibt. Sonst ist die Villa relativ abgelegen und direkt an einer Schnellstraße. Davon ist aber im Haus nichts zu hören. Dafür war es aber drinnen relativ kalt und schwierig warm zu bekommen. Die Service war sehr gut und immer (auch noch später am Abend) gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ist es sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

It is one of the most beautiful AirBnbs I have ever stayed in. It is so chic, so trendy, so tasteful and Beau is the best host. She was always responsive, was very flexible with the Check-In, because we stuck in traffic. Beau’s place is amazing. I’ve been there with my husband and my parents for a short trip to the Netherlands to see the Bloemencorso. You get everywhere real quick and having the beach just a short drive or a 15 mins walk away is amazing. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and the kitchen is well equipped to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the most beautiful table. Thanks for everything Beau, if we come back to Noordwijk we will definitely stay at your beautiful house again. Best, Lena

La casa de Chris es muy bonita y cuenta con todo lo necesario y hasta más para una cómoda estadía, tiene una bella vista desde su balcón y su llegada es muy fácil. Chris fue muy amable con nosotros, nos permitió guardar las maletas en su casa mientras se cumplía el horario del check in, nos prestó sus bicicletas para un buen paseo y siempre estuvo atento a nuestros mensajes. Cerca hay supermercados, la zona es muy tranquila y bonita y a unas cuadras puedes tomar el autobús para dirigirte a Amsterdam. alojamiento 10 de 10.

Nettes kleines Häuschen mit guter Ausstattung und Privatsphäre, gute Kommunikation vorab. Die Lage mit Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Stadt in wenigen Minuten ist super. Hat uns alles sehr gefallen, klare Empfehlung.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, konnten in wenigen Minuten zum Strand laufen und auch Attraktionen wie der Keukenhof und die Space Expo waren leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt wunderschöne Strandbars direkt in der Nähe. Und leckere Fischbrötchen. Die Lage ist also wirklich wunderbar ! Das Parken ist im Ort eher schwierig, wir haben aber 2 Parkplatzempfehlungen bekommen, eine kostenlose etwas weiter weg und eine nähere kostenpflichtige. Das Bad ist etwas klein (nur ein Waschbecken für Küche und Bad) ansonsten war für uns alles top. Wassernapf und Spielie für unseren Hund standen auch bereit. :) sehr hundefreundliche Unterkunft was für uns wichtig war- und auch am Strand sind Hunde willkommen ! Hatten alles in allem einen tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft!

Het huis van Sjeela past heel goed bij onze vakantiewensen: leuk ingericht, fijne sfeer, rustig gelegen, omheinde tuin (ook nog leuk aangeplant), hond welkom, dicht bij wandelingen in natuur en op strand, werkende apparaten en fijn contact via de app. Voor ons een 10!

Het was heerlijk verblijven in dit huis! Fantastisch ingericht en alles wat je nodig kunt hebben is aanwezig. Fijne parkeerplek, fijne tuin en veel restaurants in de omgeving. Een heerlijke plek om weer terug te komen met een super vriendelijke host die altijd beschikbaar was.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Der Bungalow ist toll ausgestattet, gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das kleine Wäldchen direkt vor der Tür perfekt, um mit den Hunden eine schöne Runde zu drehen. Die Kommunikation mit Jelle und Monique vor Ort war freundlich und hilfreich. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tutto perfetto, bellissimo posto situato in un’area tranquilla e comunque non troppo lontano dalla stazione e dal centro di Hilversum. È stato un mese e mezzo bellissimo dove mi sono sentito a casa. Gerhard è sempre stato disponibile ad aiutarci quando avevamo bisogno e ci ha aiutato tanto. Consiglio vivamente!!
