One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Apartment 'Edelweiss'

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Apartment Nucis

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Spazioso e accogliente monolocale, con letto matrimoniale e divano letto nella zona giorno, completamente ristrutturato. Ideale per 2, ospita comodamente anche 3. Ricavato dall'antica stalla unisce il fascino dell'antico con i comfort più moderni. Patio privato all'ingresso dell'appartamento che si affaccia direttamente sulla corte del maso. I cani sono benvenuti, il loro soggiorno è soggetto a un supplemento pari a € 15,- a notte, da saldarsi alla partenza.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Meine Unterkunf ist außerhalb des Dorfzentrums inmitten einer begehrlichen Naturlandschaft. Trozdem sehr ideal gelegen, da man schnell zu den gewünschten Zielen gelangt wie z.B. der Villandererer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Grödner-Tal.... Auch die schönen Städte Südtirols, wie Klausen, Brixen, Bozen sind leicht zu erreichen..

Mythic Dolomites

Our quiet, sunny apartment is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Dolomites; in Siusi allo Sciliar at the foot of the beautiful Alpe di Siusi. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi is easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot (or by shuttle bus).
