Large and well-equipped house in an amazing location. The view from the main room over the sea to the next island would be worth renting the house for on its own. Kunoy is a charming small village with a few short walks, and Klaksvik is easily accessible by car for shopping etc. A great base for exploring the Faroes. We were five people, but there is room for several more. Perfect.

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was great and it was nice spending some quality time with your friends and family in the cozy living room, or just making a nice meal at the cute kitchen. Love the details in the decor around the house. Highly recommended!

Das Haus ist sehr groß und besonders komfortabel. Es ist blitzsauber und gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft und Leirvik. Die Effo-Tankstelle reicht für die Grundversorgung absolut aus und bietet deutlich mehr als eine normale Tankstelle in Deutschland, z.B. auch Frischfleisch. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Touren auf die Nordinseln. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit Halla und Pauli und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können alles absolut empfehlen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch, dass Pauli jederzeit und sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat.

Lydia’s place was really great and I enjoyed my 10 days in Klaksvik staying here. I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The water pressure in the shower was great also. The view out the window is amazing and never gets boring to look at as the light changes throughout the day on the hills. The beds are comfortable but it would be nice if maybe one of the rooms was a double bed instead of joined twin singles as they can move apart in the night. But overall this is a great place to stay and Lydia was very accommodating when I needed early checkin! I would recommend this place to any one staying in Klaksvik

Can’t beat the view of Klaksvik. Perfect location for sunny and gloomy days. We visited in off season and thoroughly enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and evening wine looking at ships coming and going.

We had 11 really good days in Ragnilds flat. Check in was easy, car could be parked directly at the house, and the flat is exactly as nice as on the pictures. We really enjoyed our time here, and Faroe is a great place for nature and fotography.

The apartment was nice and very spacious! It has a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen. Wish the kitchen was better equipped with the basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). Also found it odd that the we had to make the bed upon arrival but maybe is normal here. The bathroom is quite small but we managed to move around. Besides that, the location is great and conveniently located.

Quiet neighbourhood, but still lots of things to do around the area. Beautiful views from the appartment. Really kind hosts!

Bjørg's apartment was lovely! Cozy, clean and in a wonderful location. I wish we had picked this place to stay for our whole trip. the kitchen has wonderful amenities and there is a grocery store less than 10 minute walk away. Parking on-site is a bonus we really liked. would absolutley stay here again.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questo splendido appartamento. Molto pulito e funzionale. Tanto spazio, Cucina ben attrezzata, tanti elettrodomestici, una grande Smart TV, ma soprattutto vista stupenda. La posizione è ottima per visitare le Isole Faroe, in poco tempo si può raggiungere la capitale è tutte le isole. Non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, per quelli bisogna spostarsi nella capitale che comunque dista solo 30 minuti. A 10 minuti c’è un supermercato ben fornito. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono godersi la pace delle Isole Faroe con una posizione strategica ma anche super tranquilla.

Das Bootshaus und wunderschön! Wir hatten gemütliche Tage, konnten uns super im Haus verteilen, bei Regen stundenlang Spiele spielen mit Blick aufs Meer und die Küche ist tiptop ausgerüstet. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert :)

We have just returned from a five day, four night stay in the Faroe Isles. We chose to stay in Torshavn and selected Anna-Maria’s apartment based on previous reviews and photographs. Everything that we had hoped for was as it was advertised! The house location was perfect, a lovely 10 minute walk along the water front and you’re right in the centre of Torshavn’s harbour. Anna-Maria’s home is very well kept with lovely plants and decor throughout. You don’t feel as if you’re in someone’s home due to the apartment’s access location. The apartment was wonderful. Very clean, well presented with lovely decor throughout. The apartment has great views of the water which you can enjoy morning, noon and night as you eat breakfast or dinner at the table. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept sound every night. Anna-Maria was the perfect host and responded to any query we had quickly and efficiently. We will return to the Faroe Isles and staying here again and again. ❤️

What a pleasant stay we had in Leirvík. Thorhild and Runi were welcoming and great hosts. It was a great place to explore Eysturoy and the surrounding islands and places to see. Highly recommend.

Staying at this Airbnb truly enhanced my entire trip! The hosts were incredible—super friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do and places to see. The space itself was spotless and comfortable. I genuinely enjoyed my time here. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
