The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Klagenfurt (8 km) und dem Wörthersee (5 km). Sie ist direkt am Rauschelesee, einem kleinen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegenden warmen Badesee gelegen. Zum Flughafen Klagenfurt sind es ca. 14 km. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wenn du das Ursprüngliche suchst, Naturnähe bevorzugst, es liebst am Wasser zu wohnen und Freude an der Begegnung mit weltoffenen Menschen hast.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The house is directly located at the river and within 10 minutes you are right at the lake. Next to the house is the restaurant / bar 151, which is known for its cocktails and excellent cuisine. The Maria Loretto restaurant can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. From there you can enjoy a dreamy view of the lake and the Karawanken with delicious drinks.
