New 21m2 studio in the heart of Kivistö available from november 2022. This 4th floor apartment has high rooms and large windows. The 8m2 balcony is almost like one more room. Internet access/Wi-Fi is included in the rent. The grocery store (24/7) is located on the first floor of the building Kivistö train station is 50 meters away, bus stop is 100 meters away. Cozy apartment 7 minutes by train from the airport

Tästä erinomaisella paikalla sijaitsevasta kohteesta on helpot kulkuyhteydet kaikkialle. 2019 valmistunut asunto sijaitsee aivan juna-aseman ja ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Lentokentältä vain 7 minuuttia junalla ja Helsingin keskustaan puoli tuntia. Asunto sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa ja suurista ikkunoista avautuu pitkälle näkymät. Talossa on hissi. Asunto on siisti, tyylikäs ja valoisa. Asunnossa on lakanat sekä pyyhkeet.
