The supermarkets lie at 0.5 km, and the ski lift is 1.3 km. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. The apartment has heating for comfort in cold days. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Apartment Almblick ligt op 5 min. loopafstand van het centrum van Kaprun, de ski/lijnbus naar de Kitzsteinhorn (gletsjer), Maiskogel en Schmittenhöhe is 150mtr vanaf het apartment. Het apartement heeft een huiskamer met volleid ingerichte keuken (inductie kookplaat, koelkast, oven, vaatwasser), tafel met 4 stoelen, hoekbank en TV. Er is een kleine slaapkamer met een 2-pers.bed en badkamer (WC en ruime douche). In het gebouw is er ruimte voor ski's/boards /fietsen en een wasmachine/droger.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.
