Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Köngäs-Pirtti, Levi, Kittilä

Welcoming and peaceful cottage in the midst of nature, in the village of Köngäs, near river Ounas. Levi Ski Centre with its many activities is only a short 15 minute drive away. The cottage has two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed and a loft with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the cosy living area has a lovely fireplace. The sauna is a perfect place to relax after a day of activities. Our water comes from our own well and is perfectly drinkable but has slight iron taste.

Winter Pintes is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Traditional Lapland Cabin

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Hut Eno on skandinaavinen, tyylikäs ja tunnelmallinen mökki joen rannassa, omassa rauhassa Suomen Lapissa. Suuret ikkunat tuovat ympäröivän metsän ja luonnon lähelle joka tilassa. Joen rauhoittava virta rentouttaa sohvalle asti. Takkatulen loimu lämmittää niin mökkiä kuin vierailijan mieltä. Mökissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja vähän enemmänkin. 4 hiihtokeskusta löytyy noin tunnin matkan sisältä. Kaupat ja palvelut lähellä vaikka saatkin olla omassa rauhassa.

Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. From the cottage, you can easily get to the nearby ski trails, winter trails or sledding trail, as well as mountain biking, hiking or to Äkäsjoki. You can end an active day in the sauna. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet and TV, as well as shared Internet access with Wifi. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.
