We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We had a wonderful stay at Roy’s house. We know the neighborhood well because we have family that lives there and we love it! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed movie night downstairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We loved it here! The perfect place for a small group of writers to stay and write, walk by the sea, and eat good food over interesting discussions.

This home was perfect for my family during a difficult time of grief. All of my adult children and I had our own sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas, and especially the ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to large families.

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

I needed a special place for a special weekend. I didn't want to propose in a loud, busy Boston location. I wanted private, quiet and intimate. Thats what the photos felt like and I'm happy to say that was the exact experience. April is a perfect time with sunny weather in the 50's. We had a pleasant conversation with Susan in the shared driveway on our way to dinner. She recommended Seaport Grill, specifically the Chilean Sea Bass. It did not disappoint. Plus the Hammond Castle. It was an unforgettable weekend. She said Yes!

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Very convenient to everything that Portland has to offer. Street parking was available within a block or so no matter the time we looked. If you are over six feet tall, the ceilings in the bedrooms might feel low.

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

Il soggiorno a casa di Molly è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la selezione di caffè eccezionale provvidenziale per la sveglia del mattino (grazie grszie grazie!). I dintorni di Ipswich sono tranquilli e ben servito con ristoranti e supermercati. Raggiungere Boston e i dintorni è estremamente comodo sia in auto che in treno. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Molly!!

Perfect for what I needed. Private and quiet for the 3 nights I stayed. I was out and back a number of times and enjoyed coming back to my little home away from home. Kristin is lovely, responsive to the few questions I had and I enjoyed our brief conversation at my car as I was getting ready to leave. I would recommend!
