Unwind in our 1 bedroom guest suite located in a lush 1 acre property nestled on a private road hilltop. Enjoy beautiful mountain views under a shady, large old Fig tree or on the fire pit area. Mingle with the chickens or swing under the fig tree. Drive 25 min to the beach, 10 min to the Wild animal park, 3 min major grocery stores, or simply enjoy a 1 mile walk around the neighborhood loop. Relax in comfortable beds, luxury motorized soft leather recliners, a mini kitchen and a large TV.

The guesthouse is attached to the MAIN home, but it has a private entrance with a private driveway and your own auto gate. It has an outdoor private spa, 1 closed and 1 open floor plan bedroom, patio, kitchen, walk-in closet with 1 bath. The facilities include fast WiFi, 75” 4KTV, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator etc. 15 mins SD Safari & 30 mins to sea world or LEGOLAND

Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

Welcome to our cozy Casita surrounded by lemon groves, tropical vegetation, and panoramic views of rolling hills. Nestled in the ideal location in Elfin Forest, close to everything but secluded enough for relaxing, quiet time and privacy. Step outside and you are right on the trails connecting you to miles of scenic hiking & biking in Elfin Forest. Just a stone’s throw to San Elijo’s village with breweries, shopping, and restaurants and only 10 miles to Encinitas’s beaches.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Private Apartment

This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom. Enjoy your privacy during your stay! * Sorry, I am unable to accommodate long term stays * there are safety concerns with assistance animals as current dog on premise is aggressive towards other animals.*
